Page 124 of Ruthless Desires: Vol. One
She sits up, cupping my face in her hands. There are so many emotions swelling in my chest as she kisses my cheek tenderly.
“C’mere, Ell.” Rhett pats the mattress next to him.
Whenever Rhett is open to affection, I fucking take it. So after squeezing Wren to me for a few seconds, I settle next to Rhett, as close to him as possible. As he puts an arm around my shoulders, his cedar and sage scent envelops me, and I breathe it in.
“Hi, princess.” Oliver gives her a smile.
“Oliver.” She rises to her knees, throwing her arms around him.
With one hand holding the back of her head, he presses his lips to her forehead, scrunching his eyes closed. I could see it written all over him yesterday, how disappointed he was in himself. How bad he felt for freaking out on Wren.
She pulled through, though.
“Wren, it’s okay if you can’t handle more. If—”
She presses a finger to his lips. “There’s absolutely no way I wouldn’t want you, Oliver.”
He relaxes into her. She pushes him onto his back, taking his already-hard cock in her hands and stroking.
“Sometime soon,” Rhett whispers in my ear, “you and I should tie them up at the same time. Tease the shit out of them and see who breaks first.”
“I heard that,” Oliver says, shooting Rhett a glare. But then he grins. “I’m down.”
Wren giggles. Then she crawls on top of Oliver, lining his cock up before lowering herself onto him slowly. Once she’s settled on top of him, she sighs happily, looking down at him. “You know, you’re really cute.”
Turning his head to look at me and Rhett, he says, “You hear that? She thinks I’m cute.”
Wren snorts. “Don’t let it go to your head.”
“Too late,” all three of us say at the same time.
She throws her head back in a full laugh, and I think it’s safe to say we’re all completely enraptured by it. Then Oliver thrusts upward, and she falls forward with a surprised yelp. But he grabs her hands, holding her up and not letting go.
“Let me,” she whispers, gazing down at him.
He nods, and she begins grinding her clit against him, moaning as she does. The way they look at each other is so intense, so genuine, so caring, that for a second I think Wren might start crying.
But she closes her eyes, taking a deep breath. Then she smiles down at him, keeping her pace slow, like she wants to savor every single second.
When she comes, it’s quieter than the other times, more like she’s drowning than exploding. Oliver follows soon after, still holding her hands, refusing to break eye contact.
For a moment, neither of them move. Something passes between them silently before Wren finally looks down at herself.
She laughs, taking in all the blood. “I don’t know why I even bothered showering.”
Chapter twelve
Oliver
We all have to shower again, and after that, Rhett makes us a quick breakfast. Once we’re ready to leave, we head into the basement and then into the garage. Again, it’s really more like an underground bunker. Finn is involved in some wild, dangerous shit. This cabin is only one of his safe houses.
Wren looks around at everything, especially at how well-built the place is, but she doesn’t say anything. Instead, she quietly follows and then climbs into the back of Elliot’s SUV with me. We stashed it yesterday so the unregistered cars will stay here.
Once we’re on the road, it seems to click for Wren that we’re heading back to real life. And that today is, in fact, just another Wednesday.
Who could blame her?
She smacks her forehead. “Oh my god! I was supposed to work today. Oh, fuck.”
