The ride from my officeto Silver Lake is excruciating. No surprise at this time of the day. When Levi pulls off the highway and starts gunning down the road towards my house, butterflies flutter in my tummy.

From time to time, I shoot him a furtive glance.

He responds with a wink.

God, he’s so gorgeous it’s almost criminal.

He was amazing before, but now as my boyfriend, he’s pretty fucking perfect.

I still can’t get over it.

What a difference a day makes. Twenty-four little hours that can turn your whole world around. And for once, it’s for the best.

“I can’t wait to have you in my bed,” he says in a voice that drips with desire.

“Are you going to tie me to it?”

Where the hell did that come from?

I blame this man’s intoxicating presence for that bold question.

“You like it when I restrain you,” he says with a mixture of awe and pride.

“It’s sexy.”

He shoots me a sideways glance before returning his attention to the road ahead.

“I haven’t decided what I’ll do to you yet.”

His words unleash a craving in me.

“It doesn’t sound like I’ll sleep much tonight.”

“I wouldn’t count on it.”

The warning travels straight to my clit.

The sexual tension in the Range Rover is so thick, you could slice it with dental floss.

Still drunk on whatever brazen serum I ingested, I push my seat belt off my shoulder without unbuckling it, and turn in my seat to face him.

His aqua blue eyes shift. The lust I read in them is my undoing.

My eyes lower to his crotch and I lick my lips.

He considers me with interest.

A wicked thought surges.

I teeter at the edge, unsure if I should recoil or go all the way.

Decisions. Decisions.
