She stopped moving as the feeling kept buzzing through her body. It felt like she was pressed against a low-powered vibrator, except it came from everywhere . From Natalya’s hand on her waist, from her thighs, and her fingers against Evie’s clit. The sensation expanded to fill all of her.

Evie started rolling her hips again. The constant buzzing running through her was pure pleasure, turning her heavy breathing into panting.

“Want me to go further?” Natalya’s other hand went to Evie’s hip, pushing gently along with her slow rhythm. “Want me to go inside you?”

“Yes.” Evie’s voice was more gasp than speech. “Please.”

Natalya removed her fingers from Evie’s clit, easing one inside of her, curling.

Evie moaned, part from surprise and part from pleasure.

Then Natalya’s hand turned, and her thumb was back on her clit.

This time it started circling the area slowly as Natalya’s finger made a slight come-hither motion inside her.

Evie’s limbs trembled and she inhaled sharply. She’d never experienced this sort of wonderful, constant feeling before. Her body felt more alive than it ever had. More awake.

The pleasure was sharp. Constant, quivering, and filling. That it was Natalya who produced it only made it better.

“Do you like this?” Natalya asked.

“Yes.” The word came out as a breathy sigh.

“I can make it more intense.” Her eyes had a glittering quality to them now. They were impossible to look away from. “I can make it more pleasurable than this.”

“Please, Natalya,” Evie whispered, and then her voice was stolen by a loud gasp as Natalya’s touch intensified. More startling sensation rushed through her, the pleasure in it so pure it seemed otherworldly. Natalya put another finger inside her, curling them again.

The touch was a roaring wave of delight. It made Evie still a moment, mouth open in shock and sighing unevenly. Then she started rolling her hips again. Slowly at first. Then faster. Harder.

Natalya moved along to her rhythm. Her fingers curled whenever Evie pushed her hips forward, the circling on her clit becoming tighter.

Evie put her arms around Natalya’s neck, leaning against her. Their chests pressed together every time Evie rolled her hips, and she looked into Natalya’s eyes, then down to her mouth.

Understanding the silent request, Natalya smiled. “A kiss?”

“Yes. Please.” Evie’s voice was strained, the words coming out on panting exhales. Natalya broke eye contact to glance at Evie’s lips. Her mouth fell slightly open. Then she nodded, and Evie leaned forward, kissing her hard.

The surge that went through her was more than simply euphoric . It was as though she’d kissed an electric fence, except it was roiling pleasure that went through her rather than pain. It knocked the air out of her, shocking her body to the point where it started shivering.

She had to break the kiss to moan loudly against Natalya’s lips. Natalya let out a deep sigh.

When Evie kissed her again, she pressed herself harder and faster against Natalya’s fingers. She was fucking herself against Natalya’s hand, every thrust sending new delightful sensation through her.

It was wonderful. It was ecstasy. She had forgotten sex could be this pleasurable.

Though nothing had ever felt this pleasurable.

Her fingers dug into Natalya’s skin, their lips brushing against each other as Evie gasped out quiet moans with every thrust. Each time, it pushed her closer to the edge.

Her eyes were closed, her arms and legs tensing, her breathing erratic.

Natalya’s lips sought hers, even as Evie cried out sharply and then trailed off into a series of shuddering gasps as an orgasm shook through her like a current of euphoric electricity.

It surged through her body, into her arms and legs, her hands and feet.

Even her fingers and toes. And it lasted.

It trembled through her for several agonizingly delightful seconds.

She wanted more. She wanted to ride this feeling further. Stay with this wonderful sensation that made her forget everything but the present. Everything but Natalya’s touch. Her soft, beautiful lips. Her quiet sighs.

Evie clashed her lips against Natalya’s, tongue pushing hard into her mouth, and started rolling her hips again.

She’d stopped when the orgasm rushed through her, and now she sped up.

Natalya moaned into the kiss, deepening it and thereby taking control of it as her free hand moved up to squeeze around Evie’s breast. It produced a unique, startling sensation that made Evie moan in delighted shock.

She fisted a hand into Natalya’s hair, clutching it as her rolling movement summoned new, increased pleasure. She was more sensitive now. It made the anticipatory tension return faster, helped along by Natalya’s hand on her breast.

As she trailed a hand over Evie’s nipple, pinching it lightly, it was like a jolt of euphoria that unraveled her all over again.

It summoned desperate moans as she rode herself through another, even bigger orgasm.

Natalya’s touch extended its effects, making it tremble through her like a whirlwind of continuous delight rather than a flash of brief ecstasy.

She cried out against Natalya’s lips, the sound turning into whimpers, as the climax made her muscles spasm and her limbs shake.

What bliss it was to feel Natalya against her. To be held by her, touched by her, be protected by her. To feel safe with her. It made Evie forget that anything else had ever mattered. Nothing was as wonderful as having her arms around this beautiful woman.

Evie leaned against her, breathing heavily, and the intensity of her touch waned down to almost nothing. Just warm skin. Pleasant tingling.

She rested her forehead against Natalya’s, sweating and trembling. Sudden exhaustion flooded through her, filling her with a need to just breathe .

Neither of them said anything for a long time. Natalya withdrew her hand, making Evie whine, and put her arms around her, as Evie tried to get her breathing back to normal. As she came down, realization of what had happened washed over her.

“I forgot it could feel like this.” Evie was surprised by how sad she sounded. “I was afraid it would feel like the other times.”

She leaned away from Natalya, looking at her face again, and froze.

Natalya’s eyes were glowing . Violet light beamed from them, casting color onto her skin and eyelashes. The brightness of her eyes made the rest of her look darker.

Natalya blinked, and the glow faded. Instead, her eyes glittered with spots of pink and lilac.

“Are you still frightened?”

“Can’t you just sense what I’m feeling?” Evie asked a little harshly. The strange glow had put her on edge.

“Yes, but I want you to tell me.”

Evie tried to identify the emotions welling up in her. She had never been good at it. Feelings were something to be kept at bay. Otherwise, they opened you up to a world of hurt.

But Natalya wanted to know, and right then Evie wanted nothing more than to please her.

“I’m not scared. I’m… I’m overwhelmed. And I’m tired.”

Worry immediately flashed over Natalya’s face. “Tired how?”

Evie was exhausted, suddenly. Some of it was physical, but mostly it was from her mind filling with thoughts and strange feelings. There had been more to this than just sex. But she didn’t feel drained and weak like when Natalya had kissed her in the car.

“Like I want to sleep, but I could keep myself awake if I wanted to.”

Evie remembered how alight Natalya’s eyes had been. She’d given Evie pleasure. It was only right Evie returned the favor.

She ran a hand down Natalya’s arm. Her fingers were shaking a little.

“What do you want me to do to you?”

Natalya pulled her hand away. “Nothing. No more for tonight.”

That made it sound like there would be more nights like this. Would this become a regular thing now? Something Natalya expected from her? The thought was strange. Not scary necessarily, but it made her feel uneasy.

Natalya brought her out of her head by lightly grabbing her chin. “You’re worried.”

“I don’t like it when you feel my emotions.”

“I didn’t need to. Your breathing got faster, and your heart rate increased. Your eyes got distant, like your mind was in a different place. I noticed. Tell me what you were thinking.”

Evie didn’t want to say. She didn’t want to sour this moment by thinking of what would come eventually. But she couldn’t deny Natalya asking like that.

“Will we do this again?”

“Do you want to?”

“I don’t know.”

“Then we won’t. Not unless you’re certain.” Natalya’s voice was assuring, but Evie saw regret in her violet eyes. As though she didn’t like what Evie had just said. It was a brief thing, quickly gone. “Do you want to go to sleep?”

Evie truly was tired. It was long past midnight, and her mind was whirling. Sleeping would be easier than dealing with her thoughts. She nodded.

“Can you walk?” Natalya asked.

Evie tried to stand, but her body was sluggish. Natalya considered her slow movements answer enough. She stood, picking Evie up in her arms, and Evie was startled by the ease she did it with. She was so much stronger than she looked.

Natalya carried her through the apartment to the bedroom, putting her down on the mattress and pulling the covers over her.

“The salt is on the nightstand.” Natalya stayed in place for a moment, stroking her fingers through Evie’s hair. Then she moved away from the bed.

Evie shot up, feeling panic rise in her chest. She didn’t want the salt.

It didn’t even occur to her to take it. Keeping Natalya at a distance was the furthest thing from her mind.

The thought of being left alone after what had just happened filled her with such intense dread it almost made her cry.

She didn’t want to feel like she’d been used and abandoned.

“Don’t leave. Stay. Sleep next to me.”

“I don’t need to sleep.”

“Then just stay .” Her voice cracked on the final word. “Please. Just… Don’t go.”

It was a pitiful request, but she didn’t want to be on her own. She didn’t want to have felt this way and then be left by herself in the dark. Not again.

It looked like Natalya was going to say no. Her posture was stiff, her eyes filled with emotions Evie couldn’t identify.

“I shouldn’t.”

“Please, Natalya.” Tears were rising in her eyes. She didn’t have the energy to wipe them away. “Don’t leave me alone.”

The words undid all the tension in Natalya’s body. Without saying anything, she got into bed, putting her arms around her and pulling her close so they faced each other, Evie’s head resting against her chest. The embrace filled her body with wonderful warmth.

It was calming. It was safe . Evie sighed with relief and curled in closer. Her eyelids started to feel heavy.

“You sometimes have nightmares,” Natalya said.

“Mmhmm.” Evie was already drifting off. Natalya held her a little tighter.

“If they come, I’ll make them go away.”
