“I don’t follow Formula One,” Billy said. “Not since Charles Worthington gave it up.”

“A sad day for the gays,” Eddie replied. “What a stud.”

“And one of us.”

“Eventually.”

Nerves were rushing around in Billy’s system. Sex had not been high on his agenda these last four years. A teenage sister to care for had had disastrous consequences for that part of his life.

It may have been a while, yet Billy remained confident he hadn’t totally forgotten what to do. He stole a glance at Eddie.With a man this gorgeous, how could he not want to dive straight into bed?

“Will your flatmates be in?” Billy asked as they turned off the promenade onto one of the many sides streets that made up Brighton.

“Nah,” Eddie replied. “Tyler is at his boyfriend’s house and Scott has gone out to find some trouble to get into.”

Billy laughed. He was a few years younger than Eddie. Yet, they lived such different lives.

“This is my place,” Eddie said.

It was a tall white building that appeared to have at least five floors.

“Nice,” Billy replied. “I love these old boarding houses. They were built to last.”

That’s a good sign.

With anticipation raging through his system, he followed Eddie through a bright pink door and up a narrow staircase.

Billy couldn’t resist checking out Eddie’s ass. It filled the shorts in the most perfect way. Billy licked his lips. He deserved this.

Eddie continued through into a large lounge. A beautifully decorated and instantly welcoming one at that.

“Wow,” Billy said. “Nice place.”

“Thanks,” Eddie replied. “Do you want a drink or something?”

Free from the constraints of being in public, Billy pulled Eddie toward him. “No thanks,” he said. “I want something far more fun.”

Eddie returned the smile. “That would be my pleasure.”

At last, Billy would find out what Eddie’s gorgeous lips tasted like. Eddie covered the last of the space between them. Billy’sheart was thumping. He could smell Eddie. He had a musky scent that set Billy aflame.

Agonisingly slowly, Eddie placed his lips on Billy’s. The tenderness was overwhelming. For a second, Billy was frozen. Their breath mingled as he steadied himself.

Billy opened his mouth to allow Eddie full access. Billy placed his hand in the small of Eddie’s back and gently held him close.

Eddie’s hard-on pressed against him through the thin fabric of his shorts. Billy made no attempt to hide his either. The effect Eddie had on him, that would be an impossible mission.

They broke apart and stared into each other’s eyes. Any nervousness had been replaced by animal lust. Billy wanted to be naked with this man more than he’d wanted anything in a long time.

“Wanna see my room?” Eddie asked.

“Too bloody right I do.”

Eddie took his hand and they walked through another door. Eddie’s bedroom was a decent size. He had filled it with trinkets and models. Billy recognised things from various sci-fi films as well as souvenirs.

“You’re not a minimalist then?” Billy said, taking it all in.
