ASA
“Asa.” Montana hisses out a breath. It could be because I’m plastered to her back.
The risk of getting caught is something I know all too well she fucking loves.
The riskier the better, out in the open, in a janitor’s closet at my mobile office, or like earlier today in the hallway bathroom.
A room I’ll never look at the same again.
Nope, it’ll be going into my spank bank material for lonely nights.
“Montana.” She pushes her ass back against me, my cock ready to go when it comes to anything to do with her.
“You asked for it. You almost messed up earlier today.” She’s referring to after I jumped in the pool with Jace and I threw him around a few times before he left me to raid the dessert bar along with smuggling a few sodas away from his parents.
It’s his father who’s the stickler. Alana is pretty go-with-the-flow when it comes to Sunday dinners and lets Jace have his way more often than not.
After he left, Leena still hadn’t reclaimed her abandoned spot next to Montana, and with Jace gone, I wrapped my hands around her ankles and spread her legs slightly, so I was able to lay flat on my stomach between them.
My eyes were locked on the fabric between her legs, knowing a piece of me was left inside Montana yet having to make sure no one else noticed my gaze locked there.
“One day, when we’re ready, babe. One day.” This has been our thing. No one from the outside world is there to judge us or make comments. Fuck knows my family would be the first to do so.
“Yeah, but the conversations that keep getting shoved down my throat lately… I’m not sure they’ll ever be ready, and quite frankly, they don’t deserve to be in this equation.
” She looks over her shoulder, her green eyes that have a blue hue around them filled with so much warmth.
I lick my lips. Her ass isn’t helping matters when Montana is being serious, and when it comes to her, she’s got all my attention.
“Fuck ‘em. They don’t wanna believe who I really am, let it lie, babe. You about ready to leave?” She’s doing the few dishes from empty trays.
Ever since Leena brought her over after her first day of college, Montana has fit right in.
It’s only recently that she and I got to know each other on a different level, and not on just a sexual one either.
That was a hard line not to cross. Boy, did I want Montana any way she would let me have her, but I put the brakes on it, not just because she called me needing a ride home from the local Mexican cantina after unwinding with another friend.
Leena was nowhere in sight, so she went down the list of Harts, but none of them answered besides me.
I was finishing up on the job, dirty as hell after working in the heat all day.
Montana didn’t mind at least, or she didn’t seem to when I walked into the restaurant.
Tanner and Keller stick to more of the office work these days while Deke and I don’t mind working alongside our crew, making us project managers in terms of an assignment.
That day was a hard one. I’d barely gotten in my truck, looked at my phone, and saw that Montana called, texted, called again, and then texted saying she needed a ride.
I called her right back. Hearing how sloshed she was, I knew there was no way I’d be leaving her there.
That was the beginning. I brought her back to my place, and Montana attempted to kiss me.
Somehow, I managed to back away, not wanting her to have an ounce of regret.
The downside to all of that was when I realized she started snoring shortly after.
It didn’t help that I didn’t think it through.
My house was bare bones since I’d just remodeled it, so furniture wasn’t on my high list of priorities, minus the king-size bed, dresser, television in the living room, and barstools pushed in underneath the peninsula countertops.
It’s how we ended up in my bed, Montana stripping as she went and me weeping the fact that there was no way I’d be taking advantage of her.
I groaned when she finally stopped once down to her bra and panties.
It fucking sucked that she did, but it was a blessing in disguise.
My bed with her in it, sprawled across, her soft snoring the second her head hit the pillows…
yep, it was an act of God not to take advantage of the situation.
Even that small taste of those lips against mine had me addicted, and that’s not something I ever thought would happen when it came to Montana.
The next morning, we were both wrapped up in each other, her leg over my hip, my hand grasping the bare cheek of her ass, and when she gave me that saucy smile of hers, I figured the kiss wasn’t a fluke after all.
It was my lips that met Montana’s. It was also me who stopped before it got too far, before either one of us had regrets.
“Yeah, are we at my place or yours tonight?” Last night, we were at hers. Tonight, though, I’m ready to have Montana in my bed. My place is now getting furniture, not much, just a couch, a coffee table, small stuff I picked up along the way.
“Mine. You have the remote to the garage and the key?” I respond, knowing she’ll probably leave here before me.
“As if I gave them away or lost them.” She rolls her eyes. I step away when I hear footsteps entering the house. She nods, and I know I’m in for one hell of a night.
