Five Years Later

Kira

Lying on my stomach, snuggled deep down in the covers, I hear the bedroom door whoosh open and then his heavy footsteps heading toward the foot of the bed.

He throws the blankets off me and grabs me by the ankles. I can’t help but giggle as he bites and kisses his way up the back of my legs as he pulls me slowly toward him. I try to squirm away, but he smacks my butt cheeks playfully as he flips me back over onto my back.

DaR pulls me to him, spreading my legs wide as he chews his way up my inner thigh, only to lick my inner folds from the bottom to the top.

I grab a hold of his head, trying to push him away playfully, but he grabs my wrists, holding both of them together with one hand as his other one fondles me.

His large hands are one of many of my favorite things about him.

He can snap most things in two, but with me he’s a gentle giant.

But damn, those hands know how to push all my buttons.

He pulls me right to the edge of the bed. I watch him unclip his pants and then he pulls out what I call the Big Gray Monster . He rubs himself up and down my slickness. My body is already primed for him by his magic hands. Pulling me up chest to chest, he kisses me gently.

“ No kisses, yucky girl breath.”

“ There is nothing yucky, as you say, about you. You are delicious, my little human. Here , let me remind you how yummy you really are.”

“ You’re going to have to stop stealing my human words.” I love the way we laugh and play as we make out. It’s amazing how comfortable we are with each other now.

“ I thought you liked me using your human words, especially when I tell you all the dirty little things I am going to do to this luscious body of yours.”

Holding me tightly, he slowly enters me, waiting patiently for my body to adjust to his size. In the beginning, we had to use special creams for me to be able to take all of him. The man is truly large from the top to bottom .

He picks me up gently and turns us around so I’m straddling his lap at the foot of the bed. He grabs my butt cheeks and pulls me in close as we move in slow motion together, enjoying the feeling of each other.

DaR bends down and sucks one of my nipples into his mouth. I grab a handful of hair and push him closer. “ I thought you’d be too busy for me today?” I whisper.

“ No such thing,” he whispers as he nibbles on my neck. “ Give me those lips.”

Kissing DaR has become a game. We nip and play fight over who gets what lip. I want to suck on the bottom one and he makes me work for it. He always makes me smile and his constant attention makes me feel special.

I roll my hips, and I hear a familiar groan come out of him. He never lasts long when I do this to him.

“ That is not fair, little human. Two of us can play that particular game.”

I feel the Symbots on DaR’s arms crawl over me. They circle around my waist and down toward my clit, circling DaR’s monster that has us locked together.

They start to vibrate and it’s so intense that neither one of us ever last long. I scream out his name and tuck my head under his chin, feeling his own body release into mine .

“ I think I hear the nearby residents calling to see if you survived that one!”

I smack him on the chest playfully. “ We don’t have neighbors, brat.” I pull back away from him, looking up into his beautiful yellow eyes. “ Hey , are you ok? That face isn’t good for a girl’s ego, you know!”

He smacks me playfully on the butt. “ Quit moving around unless you want round two.”

I love teasing him. “ You know, I don’t think I was fully awake for round one. I may have just dreamed it all. Ok , quit giving me the look. My big gray alien is getting fussy. I’ll be good.”

“ You do not know what being good means, which is one of my many favorite things about you.” He squeezes me tightly. “ I am sorry. I would be lying if I told you I was not a little nervous or even scared right now. Until they land safely and I have them in my arms, anything can go wrong!”

“ DaR , honey, your team has worked nonstop to get them back here. I’m sure another couple of hours won’t be a problem. Anyway , now I’m too weak to get up. I think we’re stuck, call one of the kids.”

He lifts me effortlessly off his lap and carries me into the bathroom. “ Here , get cleaned up and meet me outside. I have something to show you.”

I try my best to lure him into the ionizer with me, but today, my womanly charms aren’t working.

I’d already laid out the dress I was going to wear today, so I’m in and out quickly.

I braid a long matching ribbon through my hair as I walk into the kitchen.

DaR is standing out in the garden talking to Ickis .

“ Good morning, SAGE .”

“ Good rising to you, Mistress Kira .”

It’s early morning, and the temperature is perfect outside.

I step out toward DaR , but not before I pick up Ickis , who is in his favorite sunbathing spot.

He’s grown so large, his tail now drags the ground when he’s sitting on my shoulder.

“ I see that you’re home this morning, young man.

Where have you been taking off to the last couple of days?

You’ve had me worried,” I rub my nose against his cheek and then sit him back down.

DaR motions me over to one of the shrubs. “ Come here, let me show you what he has been doing.”

I walk over to where DaR is standing and watch as he takes his hand to move one of the bushes over. There lays a beautiful, small female Uana with two little ones tucked into her side.

“ Do you think those are Ickis ’ babies?”

“ Yes , and he may let you handle them, but the moment I went near her earlier, the spears in his tail appeared.”

“ This is wonderful. Can we keep them?”

DaR gives me this look. “ Do we have a choice ?

I shake my head no.

“ At this rate, we will have Uana’s everywhere.”

“ You own the whole mountain, so we have plenty of room for a few babies! Ickis , I’m so happy that you’re a hubby and a daddy.

” I have to get on my tiptoes to reach his spot and as I get closer he pulls me nearer to him with his tail, rubbing his cheek on me lovingly.

“ You’re such a good boy, aren’t you? She just couldn’t resist you because you’re so handsome. ”

“ It is a good thing I am not a jealous male. That Uana gets way too much of your attention.”

I turn around and launch myself at DaR , knowing he will always catch me. I kiss his nose. “ So , you’re not the jealous type, huh? What about last week when Tordan brought me those hairpieces and I kissed him on the cheek? I could’ve sworn I heard some growling going on.”

“ You did not need to kiss him, a simple thank you would have been sufficient.”

“ See , you were jealous. That’s why you made my toes curl that night, wasn’t it? You were marking your territory.”

“ I will never admit to it.”

“ It’s a good thing you’re my favorite, or I would never allow you to behave like that, growling at everyone, acting all caveman-like. ”

“ If I had more time this morning, I would show you what happens to little human girls that sass back.”

“ Master DaR , Mistress Kira , the shuttle approaches.”

I see a panicked look on DaR’s face and his Runes flash orange. “ Hey , all this work and all these years are getting ready to pay off. Come on, be the big bad Commander one more time.”

DaR has recently given over his command and title to SoL .

Unfortunately , I was the reason for this decision.

Each time DaR went on a mission, I could feel and experience everything he did.

And , to put it lightly, that wasn’t something I enjoyed at all.

When his Symbots merged with me, it made him more vulnerable on the battlefield.

He didn’t heal as quickly, and my emotions were a constant distraction.

Even now, we don’t know what the repercussions of DaR’s Symbots merging with my body will be.

DaR’s father believes they have linked us in life expectancy, but he said he’d have to do a few tests to confirm it.

We walk hand and hand to the airfield on the north side of the property, and I feel a tear run down my face when I see who’s all there.

Every one of DaR’s sons are lined up in a half-circle, facing him as we walk forward.

They all showed up to support their father and to greet their long-lost grandfather.

I watch as DaR makes his way to each of them, hugging and thanking them for being here with him. They have all become quite special to me in their own way and more than one has thanked me for softening their father up a little bit. Let’s just say DaR wasn’t much of a hugger before I came along.

I feel the wind before I see the shuttle. DaR’s comforting hand settles around my waist as he pulls me in close to his side. I think I’m actually supporting him more right now than he is me.

I glance behind us when I hear Keida’s little voice.

XuL holds her lovingly on his hip while she twirls his long white hair around her fingers.

I wave and she blows me a kiss. Being the only girl and the first grandchild, she is spoiled, to say the least. Her mother Brittany was the other girl who had been abducted and sold with me.

Brittany gave XuL a run for his money, literally, but he finally won her love, and we all have been blessed with their union.

RaZ saved and gained his own mate when he went to Earth to get Tyberius . We’re all going to meet her for the first time in just a few minutes.

It seems like everyone is holding their breath as the ship lands effortlessly in front of us. The ramp no sooner lowers to the ground when we see RaZ shoot out of it and into the sky. We all laugh as he dives, and twirls gracefully above us.

Within seconds, he’s on the ground in front of his father and me.

He uncurls his wings and standing before him is Katherine .

I have only gotten to speak to her a few times while they were on the ship.

RaZ , being RaZ , starts talking immediately.

“ Frack , I needed that. I was worried they would not even work anymore. As the humans would say, the drive home was a bitch, Father .” He grabs DaR for a hug, kisses me on the cheek, then walks off toward his brothers.

Katherine steps towards me. “ It’s so nice to meet you in person finally.”

“ Oh , sweetheart, you too. It warms my heart to see you all here safely, considering all the close calls you’ve had over the last few months.

Thank the stars above all of you were able to sleep most of the way.

I can’t imagine how scared you were at times, but that’s all behind you now.

Everyone’s here and safe, so that’s all that matters. ”

When the ramp finally hits the ground, everyone is quiet. DaR’s sons file in around him and he grabs my hand. We all walk forward together.

It’s right then and there I realize how truly blessed I am.

In the years I’ve been here, I struggled with the what’s and why’s of life.

When I started having feelings for DaR , I felt like I was being unfaithful to Rick .

It took time for me to acknowledge that I could never walk backward.

I didn’t have the power to change anything that happened a year or even five minutes ago.

All I could do was walk forward, so taking one step at a time, I did.

I no longer feel guilty for the laughter or the love I receive here.

I cherish every moment, because I’m only going to have that moment once.

I stop DaR for a second and motion for him to bend down. I kiss him softly on the lips. “ I love you, my big gray alien. ”

He looks at me with nothing but love in his eyes, and whispers, “ I never told you this, but a little Valerian girl told me something the day I saved you. Her exact words were, ‘ Here lies the peace you have always prayed for and the answers you have sought .’ She could not have been more right. I love you too, my little human.”
