Story: Mate to the Alpha Predator
Every male werewolf's dream is to find his own mate. A woman made for him specially, who will belong to him forever. Sadly, finding their mates is never easy—some males have reached old age without being able to find their special female.
"Aaah! Oooooh...! Yeeeah...!" The Omega's screams made Alphose glance at Wolfariane's tower again. It wouldn't be long now before these screams change to pleas. Pleas to stop. Pleas of exhaustion. Pleas that always go unheeded.
After serving Wolfariane for more than ten years, Alphose learned that no matter how strong an Omega is, she is no match for Wolfariane's sexual hunger under the influence of the full moon.
No matter how many women that throw themselves at him and practically beg him to take them to his bed, they always reach that point during mating with him where they get tired and beg him to stop.
Their Alpha King is that ravenous. No woman can satisfy him under the full moon.
Sometimes, Alphose wonders what Wolfariane's mate will look like? For sure, she has to be Specie, not human. No human can handle the Alpha King.
Which specie will she come from?
What will be so special about her?
Here is a loaded question. Can she be able to handle their Alpha?
What kind of female will she be, to be made for a man like Wolfariane?
How strong will she be to be made for a man as powerful as Wolfariane?
Another deep howl splintered the air, followed by a high-pitched scream.
Then, the pleas began.
Hours later, during the wee hours of the morning, the full moon disappeared from the sky.
With the disappearance of the moon followed the mighty howl of release from a powerful alpha werewolf, and the loud roar of a mountain lion.
Then, blessed silence.
All from a man who does not desire a mate. Or a child.
All from a man that has the strength of many men. And more.
CHAPTER 1: ISMENA'S TO-DO LIST.
OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA
Two weeks after her visit to the doctor, Ismena Cranes sat in her bedroom with her best friend, Sandra, who paid her a visit when she heard that her friend is back in town.
They've been friends for more than ten years—since high school—and even though Ismena left town after college in search of a job, they remained in touch with each other. They visited each other once in a while and spent quality time together.
"Hey, what is this you've been reading since you got here anyway?" Ismena asked her best friend.
"A new book. Damn, you need to read this book, it's perfect." She flipped to the next page, her brows knitted in ardent concentration.
Ismena scribbled down the number ten of her list, "No thanks. I'll pass on that one. Can't believe you haven't changed any in the last ten years. You're still reading fantasies that don't exist."She has nothing against books, but her best friend could spend eternity reading fairytales. Is that a way to live life?
"You need to read this one. Damn, I'm in love with the hero. He's an Alpha." Sandra's eyes took on a dreamy look, "I have this bad crush on Alpha males. They're dangerous but very sexy. These men exist, you know."
Uh-huh. "You've always had a thing or two for jerks. Just learn to keep reality very separate from your fantasy books. Men that morph into animals? Yeah, right."
Sandra wasn't touching that statement with a pole. That argument has lived on between them since they were sixteen, grown and matured with them. It'll be with them till old age and go to the grave with either one of them that dies first. No way is she touching that statement.
"Changelings possess dominant, possessive traits. They never cheat on their partner and they mate forever. That love stays alive forever renewed every full moon." Sparkling, dreamy eyes to the white ceiling, "Predatory changelings possess all these, but Alphas take that to an entirely new level. Don't you want a man like this?”
Ismena raised the white piece of paper up, swiveled her head to the side, and gave it a total appraisal. Her brows knitted, "Yep, this is exactly what I'm talking about."
