He nods towards it and spits."Text her, driving."Then he leans his head under the running water and sucks in a mouthful.
"Just one word?"
He nods as he swishes, then spits.I type as he stands and takes a towel, then wipes his mouth and winks."Yep.Any more, and she'll know it wasn't from me."
I hold it out for him, and he drops it in his shirt pocket."Let's go."
As we step into the hall, he holds his hand out for mine, then binds our fingers together. When we enter the elevator and the doors close, we look at each other and grin.He starts to pull me into his arms, but I push him back and tell him, "My turn."
He backs up against the wall, spreads his legs, and slides down, so his face is even with mine, then he reaches for me, and I step in.Leaning against his groin, I tilt my face, eager for his lips.At first, he lets me kiss him, but then he hugs my shoulder and "dips" me.Cradling me, he gently sucks my tongue and slips his hand inside my bra.He cups my tit and pinches my nipple. My fingers flex on his shoulder like a kitten.
When the elevator reaches the lobby, it dings our arrival, and the floor bounces to a cushioned stop. When I withdraw my tongue, Aurei slowly inserts his, then pulls it out just as slow still fondling my breast, completely unaware we have arrived.I push against his shoulder and try to lift my head as the doors slide open.He holds me firmly in place, and I hear the doors start to close again, then we hear embarrassed coughing. We both freeze and stare into each other's eyes. His crinkle as his tongue withdraws and his hand slides out.He gently sets me on my feet.I keep my back to the door and look down to see a flash of nipple propped up on the cup of my bra.I look back into his laughing eyes as he waits for me to adjust my tit before he pushes off the wall and stands.I grab his hand, turn to lead him out, and come face to face with three gawking teenagers.Young lust fills their eyes.
When we walk by, Aurei casually says, "Good morning, boys."
As the elevators door shut, we hear them say at the same time."Damn!Fuck!"
He holds the door open for me, and I'm surprised to see his cooler is where he left it.He leans down and picks it up, and I tell him,"My faith in humanity is restored."
He laughs."Don't give too much credit. It was empty."
Giggling with that truth, I swing our hands as I skip in my boots to the truck. He drops it in the back, then opens the door for me, and I climb up.
When we are heading down the drive, I ask."Where is the farm?"
"Close to the Florida line."He stops at the bottom of the intersection and looks around me to check the traffic.
"No, one's coming," I tell him, checking too, but once it's past us, he doesn't ease out. When I look at him, he has an eyebrow cocked, and I know I did something that wasn't right, but not sure what it was.
He states, "Either I look, or you look, but not both.If you want to officially be my co-pilot, then you look. But it's a full time position, not part time. You're responsible every time."
I nod at this negotiation of a minuscule point."Okay."
"Your answer will be clear right, or not clear.No.One's coming isn't allowed. It can be misconstrued as no one's coming."
My mouth falls open.I never would have given that any thought.None.That's fucking concise communication right there, and I admire his pilot training.I turn to do my co-pilot duties correctly and tell him, "Clear right."
As he eases onto the street, he says, "Lose the hat.I like your hair down."
"Bossy, aren't you?"I giggle as I do it.
"Not Bossy.Strai…"
"Straight line. Not curved.Got it!"I fluff it out for him.
"It's a beautiful mane!"
"Thanks."
We head in the opposite direction from last night, and when we have been on the road a few minutes, he says."Tell me how you came to Vegas and how you became Surreal."
"When I graduated from FSU, Piper, my roomie from London, and I flew to Vegas to blow off steam. We ended up staying the summer. We had a blast! We found a cheap but clean place to live, got jobs at Coyote Ugly, and made enough money to play. But when Labor Day rolled around, she had a job waiting for her at home, and she left.I wasn't ready to return. The day Piper left, I waited on Bart's table. He's the owner of Been Jammin'.He invited me to his club that night, and I went.I had a blast. That's the first time I met Cat and Brutus."
"Brutus sounds like a bodyguard."
"Yes, he is.A big ole, sweet, badass."
"When I found your gun last night, I hoped he wasn't an old flame I was going to have to take care of."
