He spins back to me. “It’s patronizing. And you know what, maybe you’re not wrong. I’m not a fucking manwhore like you who can go do whatever with anyone. And I don’t know that I’ll do much better with men than I do with girls, so while you’re outthere figuring it all out, what? Are you gonna give me lessons on how to flirt with guys too?”

An idea springs to mind. “That actually makes sense.”

“Fuck off.”

His face is red, his jaw tense in that all-too-familiar way before he turns and starts for the bathroom.

“Whoa, whoa. Hear me out. You gave me an idea.”

When he turns back to me, he’s still got a shade of red in his cheeks. I definitely stirred something in him, and for a change, unintentionally.

“What is it?” he says through his teeth.

“The lessons part. What if, like we’ve been doing with flirting and girls, we helped each other out with other stuff…”

“Like?”

“Fucking, duh.”

His eyes bulge. “Wait, what?”

“We both already know we’re into guys. We can research this stuff together and then experiment like we have with kissing and jerking off.”

“You’re talking about like blowjobs and…” He stops himself.

“Analis the word you’re looking for.”

“I know what it’s called.”

“I’ve had it with girls, but they don’t have prostates, so it’ll be different. Figure out like, positions guys get into and stuff. Come on. You gotta hand it to me. That’s not a bad idea. We can take a few days to research.”

“Research?”

“Watch videos. Read some shit, watch some Toks about it… Then decide when we want to give it a go. Then when we feel like we’ve got it figured out, we can go mess around with guys or girls, and we don’t have to be totally embarrassed about not knowing what we’re doing. Not thatI’dbe embarrassed, but for you.” As hiseyes narrow, I quickly say, “Kidding. Jesus, we’ve been getting along fine. Figured you can take some jokes. It would be a win-win for both of us.”

His gaze shifts, and I can’t tell what he’s thinking until he says, “Sometimes you don’t come up with totally shit ideas, I guess.”

As his smirk returns, I notice that burning sensation in my chest is practically gone, and I’ve got this lighter feeling in my belly. Playful even.

“When was the last time you were tested?” I ask before volunteering, “I tested negative in my panel right after the last time, with uh…Em and…Dani, I think?”

He groans. “You could at least pretend to remember their names.”

“I remember it was fun.”

He cringes. “More things I don’t need to hear, but I was tested after my last time with my girlfriend, also negative.”

All that anxiety has quickly turned to eagerness. “Well, sounds like we’re all set for arealgood time.”

I move in and take a kiss, pushing him back beside the doorframe of the bathroom, my hand under his chest plate. I kiss down his chin to his throat, and he rolls his head back, moaning, “Fuck.”

“See how much better things can be when we work together?” I tease him before running my hand down to his crotch, where I can tell that monster dick is already expanding. I pull back the elastic waistband of his gladiator skirt and shove my hand down, feeling his girth. “Is that for me?”

“Don’t be a dick when I just started not being mad at you again.”

He’s back to being fun and playful Mart, the one I prefer.

“We gonna shake on our new agreement?” he asks.
