I put my hand over my mouth, and new tears fall. "Really?"

"Yep. Time to go."

It takes ten minutes to get to the private runway. We get on the plane and take off immediately. It's just the pilot, Axel, and me.

"How are you feeling, green eyes?"

I release a breath. "Ready. But also, nervous. What if Millie doesn't remember me or is scared of me?"

Axel shakes his head. "She won't be. I promise you." He kisses me then murmurs in my ear. "Do I need to calm your nerves?"

He doesn't wait for me to respond and rises. "Come on." He holds out his hand, and when I take it, he pulls me up.

"Where are we going?"

"We have almost five hours. I'd rather be naked." He leads me to the back of the plane and into a small bedroom. There's a bed and nothing else in the room. "Strip," he orders, his eyes full of fire.
