Page 35 of Sam & Justin

I followed Justin through the gym. Voices bounced around the room, louder than they’d been at our table. Soft music added to the noise, and it was all a bit much. I was glad to get out into the hallway with one of the thick gym doors blocking out some of the sound. We made it about halfway down the hall before Justin turned on me, grin on his lips.

He pushed me up against the wall and claimed my mouth with his. It was a hard kiss, bruising. His beard scratched against my bare skin, and I found myself drowning in the sensation. I opened my mouth to let his tongue in, and he fucked into my mouth the way he’d fucked me the night before. Hard and passionate and leaving me gasping for more. My hands found his ass and I pulled him in closer, feeling his cock, hard against my thigh. I moaned into the kiss, the noise stifled and swallowed down by Justin.

I lost myself in the way he was kissing me, in the way his body pressed against mine. My dick was throbbing in the thin pants of my tux, and I was suddenly glad I’d followed him out into the hallway. We were supposed to be checking on the food, buthe had me feeling a very different kind of hunger. I didn’t think anything the students were cooking up in the culinary arts room was going to sate it either.

Unfortunately, I didn’t think the hunger was going to be filled here either in the middle of our old high school hallway.

If anything, this was an appetizer, and I found myself hoping that I’d get a full meal later. I wasn’t a greedy man, not usually, but the way he kissed me? It had me wanting more with every passing minute. The feel of his dick pressing into my thigh and the friction from where I was rubbing against him.

Time had no meaning.

Space had no meaning.

The only thing that existed was the way he was kissing me, his hands on my hips dragging me forward, the weight of his body pinning me to the wall.

I probably should’ve had a bit more awareness because it wasn’t long before we were interrupted by the sound of a few laughs and someone clearing their throat. Justin sprang back from me like he’d just gotten burned, and suddenly the world came crashing back down around us. There were several teenagers staring at us over wheeled carts of salads. And Vanessa? She was looking real amused watching the whole thing.

I tried to adjust myself and make my body’s reaction to him less noticeable, but I’m pretty sure that just called more attention to the fact that he’d had me turned on.

“S-sorry,” Justin stammered out. “We came to check on the food and got… uh…”

“Distracted?” Vanessa supplied. Even I could hear the laughter in her voice, but Justin? His eyes were wide, and his face was redder than I’d ever seen it. “Maybe you two should get back to the prom?”

She sounded like this wasn’t the first time she had to say these words, but something told me it was the first time she had to say it to people close to her own age instead of some horny teenagers. Guess it was just the prom atmosphere.

I slipped my hand into Justin’s and tugged him back down the hall toward the music. I heard the clicking of Vanessa’s heels on the linoleum and the wheels of the carts behind her. We must’ve made a strange parade entering back into the gym, but at least we didn’t have to worry about what people might be thinking. It looked like we had just gone on to check the food.

Except for the fact that Justin’s smiling lips were kiss swollen.

When we got back into the table, Gabe gave Justin a look that made me think he knew what we’d been getting up to. Luckily, everyone else was too focused on the fancy salads that had just been delivered to our table.

Conversation continued around us between bites of food, but I kept thinking about those kisses in the hallway. I was thinking about the way Justin’s leg was pressed against mine. We kept stealing touches. I couldn’t remember the last time I couldn’tkeep my hands off someone this way, but I was getting drunk on the way it felt.

Dinner and dessert were good, even if the food was a bit too fancy for my taste. Everyone seemed to like it, and I could see the glow of pride on Justin’s face as everyone complimented it. I guess he had a hand in the menu.

When dessert was cleared away, Justin gave my thigh another squeeze, too high to be mistaken for anything but a tease, and leaned in, “I have to go up there for speeches and awards.”

He said it like I had some kind of right to know where he was going and what he was going to be doing, like I was some kind of partner. I liked the way it made me feel. “I’ll be here,” I told him, leaning back a little in my seat.

He nodded and walked off. Conversation started flowing again, but my attention was fully locked on Justin as he made his way up to the front of the room. I was so focused on him that I didn’t even notice Gabe moving to take his empty seat.

“He likes you, you know that, right?”

I jolted at his voice being so close to me.

“Picked up on it.” It might have been some kind of weekend fling for both of us, but that didn’t matter. He liked me, and I liked him. I liked him enough that I didn’t want it to be just something that lasted a weekend, but what else could it be? He lived here, and I lived in King’s Bay.

Gabe’s next words made me wonder if my thoughts were written all over my face. “It’s a shame that you go home tomorrow.”

“Damn shame,” I agreed.

“It’s going to hurt him, you know? Saying goodbye to you.” I sighed. Justin wasn’t the only one that was going to be feeling that. “Of course, you could make it a see you later.”

I raised an eyebrow at Gabe’s words, because what the hell did that even mean? Was he suggesting that I come back to Gomillion, travel a few hours every weekend, to give it a go? Worst part was, if it weren’t Gomillion, then the suggestion might not have felt so weird. Or maybe if it wasn’t Gabe making the suggestion. If it were Justin, and I knew it was something he wanted…

“Just give it a thought, okay?” Gabe finished. “Because I think it’s pretty clear that you feel the same way about him. I think it could be something good if you let it.”

I didn’t think he was wrong.
