Then I saw my old tutor again. Justin caught my attention back in high school, and he captured it again now.

Gomillion has always been home to me. I was the class president. I work at city hall. I was even in charge of planning the reunion for Gomillion High’s inaugural graduating class. My class. I loved the consistency of my small town, a place where things didn’t change a lot.
But then Sam came to the reunion and changed everything for me. After a few hours, I know that one weekend with him could never be enough.
So, the question is: how do I make it work with someone who wants nothing to do with the town I call home, who has ghosts and scars in this town that I will never understand?
