“That’s good,sir.”
Logan gestured at the room around us. “You can look around now, if you want. This is yourroom.”
My eyes widened. “Mine?”
“When you’re good, yes.” He smiled thinly. “I think you’ve earned a night or two in here for your behavior today. You proved you can be trusted around other people. For a short time, atleast.”
“Thank you,sir.”
He tilted my chin up with two fingers, forcing me to look at him again. “You can stay in here every single day and night if you behave properly. Is that something youwant?”
“I…” I licked my dry lips and trailed off, unsure if I could respondhonestly.
Logan’s eyes narrowed. “What’s wrong,princess?”
I lowered my eyes. “I don’t mean any disrespect, sir. It’s just that last time you offered me something good, it came with strings attached. Or more specifically, barbells.” I motioned to my tender, freshly-piercedchest.
He chuckled. “Don’t worry. Today’s piercings are the only ones I’m going to make you get. If you behave yourself, you’ll get to stay in this room with no stringsattached.”
“Why?” I asked, confused as to why he’d suddenly be nice to me. “Sir,” I addedhastily.
He rubbed his jaw. “I can’t keep you locked up in that dungeon forever, because people will start to ask questions eventually. They’ll wonder where you are and why you haven’t been seen in public for so long. Not to mention your friends and family. We can only use the quickie lovers’ vacation as an excuse for a while.” His brows dipped in a frown. “So… if you continue this good behavior, we can get all your training done as fast as possible, and this room will be yourreward.”
“Why would you want to reward me at all, sir?” I asked timidly. “You hateme.”
“I guess reward isn’t exactly the right word.” He tapped his chin with an index finger. “I just meant it’s a proper room where you’ll have access to regular food, water, showers, clothes, and other comforts. You might not deserve it, but I have to give you those things for the sake of your mental and physical health, seeing as this isn’t a temporary arrangement. Considering how you’ve been living over the last week, I’m sure you’ll still view it as areward.”
“Yes, sir,” I murmured. “That makessense.”
“Just remember, if you misbehave, you’ll go back to the dungeon for as long as it takes to correct the behavior,” he said. “Once we’ve gone public with our relationship, I can always tell people I’ve taken you to Paris for the weekend if I think you need a couple of days down there. No one will know thetruth.”
“Yes,sir.”
“Sometimes you’ll go back down there because I want to hurt you, but you already understand that, don’tyou?”
“Yes, sir,” Iwhispered.
He smiled. “Good. Now take off your robe, sit on the bed, and spread yourlegs.”
My brows shot up. “I thought you said I could look around the room, sir.”
His lips twisted in a cruel smirk. “I changed my mind. You can do thatafter.”
After what?My mind raced with panic as my hands trembled by my side. Did Logan want to take my virginity rightnow?
That certainly seemed to be what he was hintingat.
While I knew it had to happen eventually, I never expected it to go down like this. Logan was the sort of man who liked to make an elaborate show of everything, like the time he took me from my room on Fire Island. He could’ve just slipped something into my drink at the Bacchanalia and taken me while I was asleep and blissfully unaware, but instead he set up a whole act to scare the shit out of mefirst.
Going by that, it didn’t make sense that he’d choose to fuck me for the first time likethis. Then again, maybe that was his plan all along, to shock me by springing it on me when I least expectedit.
Who could ever truly understand how his warped mindworked?
“Do you need me to repeat myself?” he asked in a warningtone.
“No, sir.” I untied my silk robe and let it slip to the floor. Then I sat on the bed and slowly spread my thighs, flushing hot under Logan’s penetratinggaze.
“Touch yourself,” hecommanded.
