“Good morning,” I say to Maddie when I notice her eyes open.
She moans and hides her face into my chest. The sound is all too familiar. My morning wood is now feeling turned on. I throw the blanket off her.
“I’m cold,” she groans.
I smile, looking down at her. “I know what to do to warm you up.”
She smirks, questioning me. “What?”
I slip off my boxers. When her eyes catch how hard I am, she inhales.
“Turn around,” I demand.
She rolls onto her back and pulls off her clothes.
“Perfect,” I murmur as I look at her naked body.
She whispers, “Should we really be doing this this early in the morning?”
“You can say no,” I offer as I smack my dick against her calf. She’s staring at my cock, and then her eyes find my abs. I get the crazy idea that she can’t resist me.
Fuck, am I right when her mouth sucks on my dick.
“Fuck,” I groan as she bobs her head. “That feels so fucking good.”
I reach for her pussy to see what she’s feeling. “Fuck, you’re so wet.”
I pull my dick out of her mouth and say, “Turn around. I’m going to fuck you hard.”
“Oh,” she smiles, turning around. When she sticks her ass in the air, I reach for her pussy and aim for it.
“Is this what you want?” I ask.
She nods, looking at me as her head rests on the blanket. Her curves from this point of view are insane. I grip her small waist and press myself into her. She’s so fucking wet that I slip right in.
She moans. “Oh my god, Grey.”
I’m fucking her slowly, bringing her ass to me. When she whimpers, my dick throbs. “Fuck.”
I start moving faster and now she’s really fucking making noise. Jesus Christ. She checks on me over her shoulder. When her eyes look over, I give her a good show. It turns me on so much that she’s watching.
I thrust harder.
She rotates her hips on my dick.
We moan together.
Pure ecstasy tears through us, and we both come until nothing else is left between us. I fall onto the bed next to her.
She giggles into the pillow with the hottest sex hair. I’m so fucking glad it’s the weekend.
“What do you want to do today?” I ask.
She shrugs.
“Can I take you out to lunch?”
She smiles so big. “Like a date?”
I nod. “Yeah.”
She nods. “I would love that.”
I jump up out of bed and throw on clothes.
She laughs. “Are you getting ready already?”
I nod. “Screw lunch, I want to get brunch. Is that okay?”
“Yeah, we can do that.”
I hold her hand as we sit at the restaurant table. I can’t help but stare at her. The brown hair and bright eyes. She’s really knocking me dead here.
“What?” She smiles innocently. I grip her hand tighter, and all I can think about is the future. Where do we go from here? Will she follow me in the NHL? Does she feel the same way I do? Is it insane that I know I want to marry her?
“I just like looking at you.” I’m not lying here. Not even twenty-four hours out from sleeping with her, and I am fucking hooked.
“I was thinking…” she trails off. She takes a sip of water to prolong my waiting time. I need to know what she’s thinking, so I wait.
Water drips from her lips as she wipes it. “I was thinking about how you lost the bet.”
“What bet?” I say before I think. “Aw.” I catch myself before she starts rambling on about the bet we made. “Okay.”
“I win,” she says proudly.
I nod, taking a sip of my water. “Sure.”
“What do you mean sure?”
I tilt my head. “I mean is it considered winning if I slept with you?”
She’s already nodding her head.
“Okay. What if it was what we both wanted?”
“Still a loser.”
I chuckle, leaning back. “Okay, Maddie.”
She shakes her head. “Don’t okay, Maddie me.”
I shrug. “I slept with my new girlfriend that I’m really…” I raise my eyebrows. “Really into, so how does that make me a loser?”
She is blushing. “So, it’s official?”
I look around. “Did we not agree at your brothers house?”
She shrugs. “Well, I mean, you never said the word girlfriend.”
“Bunny,” I scold.
She says, “How about a new nickname?”
I shake my head. “No way. When we’re old and our kids are in college, they’ll have recited the annoying story about how their father landed their mother because she was begging to be his puck bunny and he’s called her bunny ever since.”
“Oh,” she swirling around her cup of ice water. “You have our whole future planned, do you?”
I nod.
“And what is this plan exactly?” she asks.
I lean forward, staring at her face. She’s just perfect with those light freckles on her nose. “The plan is that you’re going to follow me in the NHL. You’ll wear your cute jersey with my name on it, scream my name every time I make a goal, and hold up a cute handmade poster. I’ll buy you a big house, I’ll ask you to marry me, we’ll have kids, and we’ll grow old together.”
She’s smiling ear to ear. “And what makes you think about all of that? We’ve only been officially together for a day.”
I smile and shrug. “When you know, you know. Now eat your damn pancakes so I can take you home.”
She takes a bite of her food.
“Maddie,” I murmur as she looks up. “Like a puck to the net, you’ll always be my end goal.”
She holds in her flattered smile. “Wow, Grey. You are…”
I nod. “I’ve never been more sure of anything in my life.”
Grey: I need to talk to you
Matt: About what
Grey: In person
Matt: Nah
I knock on Matt’s door an hour later. He has roommates, so I welcomed myself in here just like he did at my house. And now I’m knocking on his bedroom door with no fucking patience.
“Get the fuck,” Matt scowls on the other side of the door.
I open it, letting the door fall open. Kara, who is in Maddie’s group of friends, is frantically putting her jeans on.
Matt yells at me. “What the fuck, man!”
“What?” I stare at Kara who is turning beet red. And I can’t help but laugh.
“Why the fuck are you laughing?” Matt snaps, throwing on a shirt.
Kara runs out of the room without a word while I stare at the perfect Matthew Pearson.
“That,” I point at Kara. “Is not going to help you win back Maddie.”
“Shut the fuck up,” Matt says. “You’re not here to help me get Maddie back.”
I laugh again. “Nope. I’m here to tell you that you’re fucking done chasing Maddie. But it seems like I don’t need to tell you because well, now, you’re fucking Kara.”
“That bitch is just keeping the spot warm.”
I step closer to Matt. “I’m fucking serious. You’re done obsessing over Maddie. You and her are done. It’s over. She’s with me now.”
Matt sits on his bed with a laugh.
“Do you fucking understand?”
Matt has that forced smile on his face. He looks pained. His cheeks start to shake, and I hope he’s not about to cry. “She fucked you?” His face drops as he stands. He walks over to me and asks again. “Maddie fucked you?”
“Yeah,” I say, waiting for the jawline punch.
Matt chuckles under his breath briefly. “Yeah. Of course, she did. How was it?”
I scoff. “You really think we’re gonna be fucking pals now?”
“Fuck,” he says. “It’s just a simple fucking question but fuck it. Whatever.”
“She’s with me now, Matt.”
He presses his lips together. “Yup. Message received.”
“Since when do you fuck in the middle of the day?” I ask, wondering why Kara is here at this time.
“She’s nobody, man.”
“I know this shits gonna be hard. Just a few more months to stick it out.”
Matt scoffs, meeting my eyes. “Just shut up, dude. You’re acting like I can’t fucking handle it. I’m over it. You can have Maddie. I’m done.”
“Are you sure? Because you see her and your mind changes.”
“I’m fucking sure. I don’t want anything to do with you or her. I’m fucking done.”
I nod. That’s all I wanted to hear. I grab the door, ready to head out because my mission here is accomplished.
Matt says, “Grey?”
I glance over my shoulder at him before leaving.
“Fuck you.”
I clench my jaw. “Fuck you, too.”
I shut the bedroom door and leave his house, feeling a weight lift off my shoulders. Matt is no longer an obstacle. Madison is going to be relieved when he doesn’t bug her anymore. From the beginning, that’s all she wanted. And it’s finally going to happen.
