“I don’t know what possessed me,” she murmured. Her voice alone was enough to give me another aching hard on.
“Don’t ever be sorry about that,” I told her. I’d ensure she’d crave me until her dying breath. I wanted to hear her soft voice begging me to fuck her, see her lush lips wrapped around my cock.
Her neck and face flushed in response as if she saw the images in my mind.
There might be a lot of things she could be sorry about, but this wasn’t one of them. I loved that she’d lost control. Her body’s response to me was honest and refreshing, sexy as fuck. I couldn’t wait to put the wedding band on her finger and make her Mrs. Nico Morrelli.
“We should probably discuss some additional terms.” I tried to find a topic to focus on, rather than her body and how it responded to me. Her eyes finally came back to me.
“Ok.”
“Bear will be your permanent bodyguard. We’ll pick one for your twins too, after we come back from our honeymoon.” Her eyes flashed with surprise. The cascade of her dark hair framed her face down to her neck. She kept fidgeting and moving her hair out of her face and away from her neck. I would bet a million bucks she kept her hair up most of the time. An image flashed in my mind, her neck bare to me as I bent her over our bed and thrust into her, her eyes darting to me over her shoulder, worshiping me. The tie around my neck suddenly felt too tight. I needed to get a grip around this woman.
“Do we need a honeymoon?” she questioned, her cheeks flushed.
“Yes.” She took her lower lip between her teeth, nibbling. “Is that a problem?” I questioned her.
The look she gave me was cautious. “How long of a honeymoon? I don’t know if their grandparents can watch them for an extended period.”
“Four days. If they can’t watch them, I can find a sitter.”
“No.” She sat up straighter, her eyes flashing with annoyance. “I won’t leave my kids with strangers.”
“They wouldn’t be with strangers,” I tried to soothe her. I appreciated the protectiveness of her daughters.
“Whoever you have in mind, is a stranger to me,” she retorted dryly. “And to my kids. So that will be a hard no.”
I scratched my face, in an attempt to hide a smile lingering on my lips. It had been a while since anyone, never mind a woman, stood up to me. I couldn’t say that I minded it with Bianca. It told me she felt comfortable enough with me to get her point across. The fact she didn’t cower was a good sign for our marriage. And I liked that she was a lioness when it came to her daughters. She’d be a protective mother to all of our children; I knew it without a doubt.
“Fair enough,” I agreed. “If their grandparents can’t watch them, we’ll bring them along.”
I watched her eyebrows scrunch, not that I could blame her. It would be unusual to bring children on our honeymoon, but the fact was she had children so they were part of her.
“I have an event going on tomorrow. It is in the morning, and it will be a good way to introduce you as my bride-to-be. Can you make that?”
“Can’t you just introduce me as your acquaintance?” she muttered. That answer didn’t warrant a response, so I remained quiet. “Fine, fine. What time?”
She had the audacity to roll her eyes.
“You keep rolling your eyes,” I warned her, “... and I’ll bend you over the table and teach you a lesson.”
Her dark eyes widened, her lips parted and her breathing hitched. Her smell of lilacs was all around me mixed with… honeysuckle! She was aroused again! My soon wife-to-be liked it a bit rough. The revelation just about sent me over the edge; the need to bend her over and take her rough right now clawed at my back.
I stared at her, not giving anything away. She could never know the impact she has on me. It made a man in my position weak to care or want someone so much.
“Fine, what time?” she croaked, taking a step away from me. I refused to let her.
“Nine.”
The look she gave me was stroking a thousand infernos, sending them blazing through my veins. She slowly nodded. “What should I wear?”
Whatever she wore, she’d be the most beautiful woman there. But that was not a response she was looking for.
“Simple day dress.”
“Ok.” She started biting her lip, then asked, “How long would you need me tomorrow?”
All day and all night.
