“You. Please. Move,” I pant out, struggling to move my hips but unable to do anything but clench around him.
He growls and shifts, not back like I expect, but towards me, filling me even more. My eyes widen, and I lift my legs and wrap them around his waist.
“Can’t control-”
“Don’t control it,” I spit out and yank on his fur. “Just be mine.”
Wilder lets out a groan that turns into a roar. He drags his hips back and slams them into me. Filling me up. I’m so wet that there’s almost no resistance.
I cling to him, kissing him before I break away for air, but even when I do that, I can’t look away from his eyes. The green is so luminous, so intense. He doesn’t look away from me as he savagely fucks me.
I don’t feel like myself. I feel out of control. All I can focus on is the feeling of him in me, the way I’m responding to him. He’s getting harder inside me, growing bigger. Not the way Puppy did but in a more subtle way, near the base.
His eyes get even greener as he feels my body tense. I’m so close to the edge. I couldn’t not come even if I wanted to. My body is over stimulated, I’m out of control. He’s out of control. We’re two animals fucking with a wild abandon.
He growls and sinks his teeth into the side of my neck. I scream, fulfilling my promise. The pain careens me over the edge of the universe. I see spots; I see stars; I see green eyes as my body tightens and shatters. My screams continue as he thrusts harder and harder and finally lets out his own roar.
I feel a pressure and realise that Wilder has his own knots holding us together. Then he shifts, and all I know is explosions of pleasure.
I blink, and time passed; I know it, but I don’t know how it passed without me being aware. Wilder is kissing my collarbone. He’s not inside me anymore, and his wing tips are stroking down my sides.
“Wilder,” I say, and I’m not surprised to find my voice is hoarse.
“You’re mine now,” Wilder says with remorse.
I close my eyes and let a small smile drift over my lips. “Finally.”
He rolls me into his arms as I fall asleep.
Chapter 33
Wilder
I’ve never felt like this before. Any coupling I’ve done with the ladies of the Seelie Court have been violent, embraces of disconnect that leave me feeling physically relieved but ready to murder anything that moves. With Becky, I feel a sense of calm, or peace, and my body wants her again. Insatiable.
She hasn’t gone into a heat yet, but any thoughts that she isn’t an omega are gone. Her floral scent is in the air. The savage way the pack is responding to her is something else, and now and then, I feel the knot, that alpha knot that only appears with the presence of omegas. I knotted her, it was the most erotic and tender and pleasurable moment of my existence.
Our knots only appear in front of omegas.
It’s not if anymore, it’s when. With her designation blooming to the surface, more changes come, namely with how possessive and protective we get of the house. It’s clear as day she is an omega, we’re just waiting for it to appear officially, but if we know…so can others.
As soon as I lift her, she rouses, her eyes snapping open and blazing for a moment with inner light. I’m frozen by the glow because that’s not human. She is changing. Somehow, I’d wondered if I was going to be wrong. But, no, she is going to become somewhat like us. I like the idea of it, but there’s a kernel of fear that she will change too much. I like her the way she is.
She struggles out of my arms and lands in a graceful crouch, taking my breath from my lungs.
“Warrior?”
She turns her head and peers up at me. “There’s someone here.”
Her eyes fill with fury that takes my breath away, and then they clear.
A moment later, the doorbell rings. Stix has left a folded bundle of clothes neatly notfar from us. She goes to bypass it, but I let out a rumble of displeasure and pick it up. With an exasperated huff, she pulls on the jeans and long sleeved t-shirt, covering that delectable body of hers, and throws a pair of grey sweatpants at me. With a grumble, I get dressed and follow after her, considering the mystery of her carefully as she trots through the house.
Puppy crawls along the ceiling. Hiding in the shadows when she opens the door. The delivery man turns, his smile falling from his face. He doesn’t know, nor understand, why his instincts are screaming at him to run, but he’s surrounded, and something deep inside knows he’s in very real danger.
“Here,” he shoves the parcel into her arms and turns and almost runs down the path.
Becky hums as she closes the door and takes the package to the kitchen.
