Beep...Beep...Beep...Beep...Beep...

Oh God someone shut it the hell off! I force my eyes open but quickly shut them when a bright light attacks them. I try again and my eyes slowly adjust to the light.

A minute later I can finally see. I look around and see white...everything is white. The walls, the floor, the couch, the bed and pillow. Great I'm in the damn hospital.

I sit up and clutch my head when I feel a pain shoot through it. In a few seconds the pain is gone and I shake my head. I feel a tug in my arm and I look down to see an IV in it, yeah yeet!

I take out the IV and look at my body to see I'm fully clothed in black shorts and a blue tank top. I look around at the room and see a large window, that will do.

I take off the finger thing that checks my heart beat and I hear the line go flat. I jump out of the bed and throw open the window, I look down to see a three story height. I shrug and get on the edge, here goes nothing.

I jump and fall straight down. I hit the ground and land perfectly on my feet. I look around and see the Castle a few yards away, eh I need a run. I shift and Jasmine sighs in relief, I stretch my legs and then run.

I zoom into the woods and the wind against my fur makes me feel free. I pick up the speed and soon I'm flying through the trees, jumping over fallen trees and running around boulders.

I run for a while until I decide I should head back. I use my extra speed and I get to the Castle quite quickly. I shift back into my human form but this time in a navy blue crop top tank and white shorts with some sandals.

Jade's Outfit:

I jog up the steps of the Castle and the guards open the door for me, "Thank you." I say and give them a small smile. They gave me a nod and I continue to walk in the Castle.

I start to the elevator but then I get a shooting pain in my heart and I feel like puking. Something is not right. I skip the elevator and use my speed to go to me and Ryder's room.

I throw open the door and find it empty. The pain intensifies and I almost crumple to the floor in pain. 'Mask your scent. Something is wrong, go find our mate.' Jasmine tells me and I don't argue and mask my scent.

I run back to the stairs and to the seventh floor to his office. I quietly jog to his office and then slowly open his office door.

My jaw drops open and tears fill my eyes. Ryder is sitting in his chair with fucking Stacy on his lap and they are kissing. Stacy is wearing a bra and "shorts"while Ryder's button up is ripped open.

My arms fall to my sides and the tears slip down my face. My wolf howls in pain and I clutch my head in pain at how loud it is. I gasp and fall to the ground in pain, my heart feels like it's shattering piece by piece, I think I might actually puke.

"Jade! It's not what it looks like baby.

" Ryder calls out. I look up from the floor, tears making my vision blurry but I can see him pushing Stacy away.

I quickly blink the away so I can look straight into his eyes.

I stand up, using the door as a support.

I look into his eyes, "Fuck you." I spit at him with so much hatred.

"I just got of the God Damn hospital to find you with this slut. " I say with disbelief.

"Excuse me bitch?!" The slut herself screeches. A deadly growl escapes my mouth and I lock my no doubt silver eyes with Stacy's. I stomp up to her and wrap my hand around her throat. I growl and pin her up against the wall and squeeze her neck.

"Shut the fuck up you walking STD! All you have done is fucked up things since I stepped through the damn door.

Is it because you know you aren't better than me?

Is it because I took your man? Is it because now I'm supposed to be queen while you sit on the sidelines?

Is it because while I get the Alpha King you are just a weak little pup?

News flash honey you were never gonna get him, maybe you were a fuck every so often but that's all.

I feel sorry for your mate and in all honestly I hope he rejects your slutty ass, I know I sure as hell would.

" I spit out and growl, tightening my hand around her throat slowly until my finger nails were digging into her skin.

"Jade let her go. You don't need to kill her." Ryder says from behind me, he sounds as if he is talking to an angry wolf, oh wait, he is.

I let out a humorless chuckle and look at Stacy in the face which is beet red and her lips are a bit blue, "I guess he does like you.

I mean he doesn't want you to die so that's something.

I think you two deserve each other, don't you?

Two liars and whores, sounds like a match made in heaven if I do say so myself.

" I tell her and tilt my head to the side.

I turn to look at Ryder who is standing there in shock and what looks like pain, what the hell does he have to feel pain about? I growl at him lowly and then look between him and Stacy.

I shake my head and a single tear falls from my cheek and then I look at Stacy once more, but I loosen my hold on her neck. "You got what you wanted Stacy. He is all yours." I tell her and then throw her onto the ground at his feet.

Ryder looks down at Stacy who is rubbing her neck and gasping, "Stacy leave now.

" He orders then looks up me with sad and guilty eyes.

Stacy stands up and runs out the door, closing it shut behind her.

"Jade, baby please just let me explain." He says but I let out a humorless chuckle and shake my head.

"I don't want your damn explanation Ryder.

How could you? Yes we fight but we were working it out, why would you do this?

Do you know how fucking hard it is for me to trust someone?

I was starting to think this might work out, that we could live 'happily ever after', that we could actually get along and be mates.

I had no idea how fucking wrong I was." I tell him, growing angry with tears running down my face.

Ryder took a step towards me but I take a step back, hurt ran throw his eyes.

"No, no Ryder! You aren't aloud to feel hurt!

Do you know the pain I was in you were kissing that bitch?

It felt like my heart was shattered into pieces and then someone came and stepped on the pieces.

Do you know how much that hurt?!" I scream at him.

He opens his mouth to say something but I shake my head, "I'm done.

..I'm just done. I can't do this. You took me away from my friends and family, I'll give you that because of you I found Cameron, but you have treated me like shit.

Given I haven't been the most pleasurable person to be around but this has gone to far Ryder, come on I was in the hospital.

I'm sorry, actually no I'm not, Ryder we are done, I've got to go.

Goodbye Alpha King." I tell him and then run from the room.

"Jade! Please stop! Just let me explain baby, it wasn't what it looked like!" He yelled after me and I heard his footsteps behind me. I speed up and used werewolf speed to pack my bags in Ryder's room. I run out of the room and sniff for Cameron.

I follow his scent and find him in the couch with some of his friends in the living room.

"Cameron." I call. He head turns to me and he smiles until he sees the dried tears.

Cameron shoots up and runs to me, "Jade, what happened?

Did someone hurt you?" He asked me, his friends looked at us in confusion and worry.

I give him a sad smile and place my hand on his cheek, "It's okay Cameron.

" I tell him. Cam frowns and pulls his eyebrows together, "Then why were you crying?

" I sigh as more tears fill my eyes, "I have to go baby brother.

I'm sorry. You know where to find Jason but I have to go.

" I tell him as the tears fall from my eyes in a full flow.

"What? Wait why? Where are you going?" Cameron asks. "I'm sorry Cam, I'm so so sorry." I say and hug him. Cameron instantly hugs me back tightly, "I love you Cammy." I whisper. "I love you too Jay Jay." He tells me.

I pull back to see tears in his eyes and confusion written in his face.

"Goodbye Cameron. I'll see you soon brother.

" I tell him and then run out of the room and out the Castle doors.

"Jay! Wait!" Cameron yells. I pause when I get off the stairs and touch the gravel of the driveway and turn around.

I see Cameron halfway down the stairs and I see tears streaming down his face.

"Come here." I tell him and he runs down the rest of the stairs and crushes me into a hug.

"I just got you back Jade, please don't leave again.

" He cries into my shoulder. I hug him tightly, "I'm sorry baby but I have to.

I'll tell you soon and you will understand when you find your mate.

And if I'm not there to tell you this when you do find them, then I'm going to tell you now.

Treat your mate like a priceless gem Cameron, don't you dare hurt them in anyway possible, and I mean it Cam.

If I find out you did anything but I will hurt you, I know you won't but just a heads up.

I have to go now Cameron, I love you so fucking much.

Tell Jason I'm sorry I can't say goodbye but that I love him.

Goodbye Cameron. I will see you soon, I swear.

" I tell him. I pull away from him and give him a small smile with teary eyes.

"I promise Jay. I love you too and I trust you.

I'll tell Jason and I love you so so so much sis.

" Cameron says. I kiss his cheek and then give him a cheeky smile, "Alpha's don't cry remember?

" I tease. Cameron laughs and shakes his head, "Look who's talking but yeah I remember. " "Bye Cameron." "Bye Jay."

I shift and pick my bag up with my mouth.

"Jade! Please stop!" A voice yells and I turn to see Ryder running down the steps.

I look Cameron in eyes, 'Love you bro but I gotta go!

' I say and I hear him laugh lightly.

With that I turn and run like I never have before.

My wolf lets out a howl full of heartache and pain and somehow I pick up speed.

I hear a howl full of sadness and guilt and I know it's Ryder.

I shake my head and run like there is no tomorrow.

'Where are we going?' Jasmine asks. 'Away from here.' I answer. 'Well thanks for stating the obvious.' She remarks and I chuckle, 'Anytime Jaz.' She goes silent for a moment, 'When will we come back?' She asks. 'Soon. In a month it will be Cam's birthday, we will come back then...'
