Ian shifted so that every thrust nailed my sweet spot. He sped up a tiny bit, but his movements were still even and measured.
More and more ground fell away. The cliff was approaching, and I had nowhere to go with my alpha at my back.
“I’ve got you,” Ian stated. “Let go.”
The ground fell away and I was plunged into pure bliss. My entire body pulsed with the force of it, and all I could do was moan as my alpha kept moving inside me.
The pleasure seemed to have no end. There was nothing to cling to—to help me back to reality—and I was at risk of being forever lost to ecstasy.
A surge of new sensation made me cry out, then a weight and pulsing inside. Ian’s knot was locked, anchoring me to him.
My alpha had me, he wasn’t going to let me fall.
Ian continued to thrust for several seconds—filling me with his seed—then he collapsed against my back as our lingering orgasms faded.
“Wow,” I breathed once my brain was capable of making word sounds again.
Ian chuckled and kissed between my shoulder blades. “Wow is right. You’re incredible, Eric.”
I hummed. “You did all the work.”
“You still felt amazing when you came,” he stated with another kiss. “Ready for me to turn us?”
I nodded. “Mm-hmm.”
“Ok, let me know if it’s uncomfortable.”
“Ok.”
Ian wrapped his arms around me and shifted, rolling us onto our sides. His knot made me moan as we moved, but he quickly had us settled.
I sighed as I relaxed into his embrace and closed my eyes.
“Rest, omega ours,” Ian said as somebody else draped a blanket over us.
I hummed and yawned. “I like that.”
“Hmm?” Ian asked.
“Omega ours,” I mumbled.
He chuckled and kissed the back of my head. “Always ours. Our beautiful mate.”
Chapter 11
Every muscle ached. It was a good ache, but it was there nonetheless.
“Your bath is ready,” Tony murmured. “Do you need a hand?”
“Mm-hmm,” I replied, too sore to want to speak.
“Ok.”
I’d somehow made it to the edge of the bed when Tony had announced that he was drawing me a bath, but the thought of walking the few feet to the en suite had seemed daunting.
“Up you go!” Tony chirped as he slid one arm under my legs and supported my back with the other, lifting me into a bridal carry. “Hold tight, Sweetheart.”
I wrapped my arms around his neck and clung to him as he awkwardly carried me into the en suite. He stopped beside the tub and lowered my feet to the floor.
