And then, they were pressed together, oh so tightly.
Perfection. Yes, this was what he needed, what he wanted. Perfection rolled through Sergey, a wave crashing against his soul, followed by searing, roaring flame, enough to blind him and white out his vision. Everything clicked into place suddenly, as if he’d been trying to solve a Rubik’s cube and could previously only see one side. His life came into focus with a snap, a clarity that stole his breath away. This wasexactlywhat he wanted. A hard body on top of his and a cock pressed against his own.
He held Sasha’s stare as he thrust up, rolling his cock against Sasha’s. Again, and again, harder, gazing into Sasha’s eyes. Sasha thrust back into him, pulling Sergey’s hair until his neck arched, and Sasha dropped kisses and suckling nibbles on his skin like falling bombs. Sergey wrapped his legs around Sasha’s hips, squeezing him tight, and Sasha gasped as his eyes blazed. He never took his gaze off Sergey’s, never even blinked.
It was more than fucking, more than making love. It was baring everything about himself to Sasha and letting Sasha into the deepest parts of his soul. He opened himself completely to Sasha, hanging on as Sasha drove against him. Sweat beaded on their skin, and his thighs slid along Sasha’s sides, gripping and squeezing in time with Sasha’s thrusts. He met Sasha’s thrusts, drove their bodies together, tried to touch every inch of Sasha’s skin. His hands moved from Sasha’s hair to his face, down to his neck, and then cupped his jaw.
He saw, in Sasha’s eyes, his desire, his passion, and even, deep in his ice-blue gaze, his love, tangled and twisted around an aching, gnawing fear. “Sasha…” Heat built through his body, wave upon wave, spreading from his cock. His heart, too, burned, opening, unfurling before Sasha. Lightning sang throughout him, sizzling into his soul. He kept chanting Sasha’s name and staring into his eyes, his hands digging into Sasha’s back and his straining muscles.
Sergey hung over a precipice, his body about to come apart, split in half with the force of his orgasm, and then reform, be rebuilt in a brand-new way. Sasha was going to destroy him. Destroy his old life, and then resurrect him. He welcomed it. “Sasha.” He shuddered, panting. “I am yours. Yours, Sasha.”
Gasping, Sasha thrust hard, grinding his cock against Sergey’s. His eyes blew wide and his lips moved, nearly soundless whispers falling from him, curses in Russian and English that tumbled over Sergey’s body. “I want to watch you come,” Sasha growled. He nipped at Sergey’s lower lip. “I want to make you scream.”
Govno, yes.He fought to keep his eyes from rolling back in his skull. “With me.” He wanted to see Sasha come apart, feel his release on his skin. Hold Sasha as he trembled, as he shouted, as he clung to Sergey, strung out on love.
Sasha gazed down at him. “Sergey…” He captured Sergey’s lips, devouring him, kissing his soul as he drove them together faster, harder.
Sergey’s orgasm crept up on him, building in his soul before blasting off, his body burning like a shooting star, like a fighter jet screaming through the skies under Sasha’s control. He shouted, a wordless bellow as his body clenched around Sasha, and his release spread between them, hot on their skin.
Sasha gasped, and his body curled like a bow over Sergey as he gripped Sergey’s skull, staring into his eyes. Love, fear, passion, anguish. So much mixed in Sasha’s gaze, tumbling, crashing, smearing into each other. “I—” Sasha started.
And then his eyes went wide and he buried his face in Sergey’s neck as he exploded, as his orgasm crashed through his body, making him tremble and shudder in Sergey’s arms.
Sergey held him through it, stroking his back, his neck, his hair, and pressing his lips to Sasha’s temples, the corners of his eyes. A new feeling cracked open in his chest, a burst of warmth, of radiance, of awe. How had they gotten to this point? He and Sasha, strangers in the world a year before, now clinging to each other like they were lost men, holding fast to the one other person in the world who meant everything. “Sasha,” he panted, pressing his cheek to Sasha’s hair. Sasha still trembled in his arms. “There is nothing to fear. We will make this work. I promise.”

USS Honolulu
“YOU KNOW, DOC, YOU actuallycan’tfeel the motion of the ocean in a sub.”
“Fuck.Off.” Doc, head buried in his folded arms, growled at Wright. “I feel it. And I’ve already puked my guts out ten times.”
Wright and Park, bracketing Doc on either side of the bench, laughed. They were in the mess hall, the whole team—minus Doc—scarfing down real food before their mission began. Kobayashi held out his fork, a piece of chicken stabbed on the tines, right in front of Doc’s buried face. “Smell anything?”
“I swear to fucking God, I will puke on every one of you. Every fucking one. Except for Faisal.”
They all laughed. Wright and Park went back to rocking into Doc’s side, gently swaying him on the bench as Ruiz almost snorted corn up his nose, trying to eat and giggling at the same time.
Faisal smiled. He reached out and took Doc’s hand, dragging it across the metal table.
Park and Wright both arched their eyebrows. Ruiz whistled. “Doc, you got something special going on with Prince F? Getting a little sugar-sugar?”
Doc tried to pull his hand back, tried to jerk out of Faisal’s hold. “Hell no! Give me my hand back! I want to live, and if the L-T sees, that ain’t gonna happen!” He kept his face buried in his elbow on the table, but kept trying to jerk away weakly.
Faisal didn’t let go. “Calm down,” he chuckled, turning Doc’s hand over. “I am only looking for a pressure point.” Searching, he found the spot in between Doc’s thumb and fingers and pressed down firmly. After a few moments, Doc’s shoulders relaxed and he sighed, visibly relaxing as he almost melted into the table. “Alhamdulillah. See?”
“What kind of ninja Arab genie thing is that?” Ruiz held out his hand, flopping it in front of Faisal. “Do me, Prince F.”
“It’s a Chinese pressure point, not an Arab one.” Faisal grinned. “Definitely not from a djinn. And not ninja, either.”
“Close enough.” Ruiz wagged his hand. “C’mon. Maybe I’ll get rich like you if you rub off on me.”
Kobayashi and Wright groaned and rolled their eyes, and Park collapsed sideways into Doc, giggling and snorting like a toddler.
“You are incorrigible.” Faisal plucked Ruiz’s hand from the table and held it in his own. He traced the line down the center of Ruiz’s palm.
“My momma always did say I was a cutie.” Winking, he grinned at Faisal, a megawatt smile that could have flashed across a million television screens.
