“At least you’re not part of it.” She steps closer and wraps her arms around my neck.

“Do you remember when I told you about my tattoo?”

“Yes,” she nods.

“And you asked me if I found balance.”

“Yes.” She steps even closer, lips centimetres from mine.

“I think I found it now, with you.” And with that, I let our lips meet.

“I love you,” she says against my lips.

“I love you more,” I respond.
