Story: Claiming Her Vampire
“Yes, but can we steal a car? I don’t think I can run there.” She lifts her hand to brush her hair out of her face.
“Fuck yeah,” River bounces up. “Leave it to me, doll.” He hurries from the room.
“Should I worry about him calling you a doll?” I raise my brow.
“Not at all. I bet he calls them all that.”
I lift her into my arms. “Good, I would hate to kill him. I like him.”
She presses her hand against my cheek. “You have nothing to worry about.”
“You do,” I say sternly.
“What do you mean?’
“Remember, you have a spanking coming to you,” I remind her.
“What happens if I like it?” She grins.
“I’m betting you will.”
“How are you so sure?” she asks.
“You liked the knife, right?”
She blushes. “Yes.”
“Then you’ll like the spanking.”
“How are they related?”
“Because I’m doing it,” I smirk, cocky.
She laughs. “I should disagree just on principle.”
“But you won’t.” I took her outside.
“No, I’m kind of looking forward to it.”
We stare at each other, heat passing between us. I tilt my head so she can drink. I can’t imagine the amount of energy she used.
Serenity moans as my blood hits her tongue. I close my eyes in satisfaction. Feeding gives me massive amounts of pleasure. Our connection expands. We are tied to each other in ways an average person can not grasp.
“Uh, guys?” River clears his throat. “You’ll never guess what I found,” he says, excited.
“A car,” I respond. I open my eyes halfway.
“Not just a car.” He points to the garage. “Your mom took notes extensively. She has file cabinets full of shifter and vampire locations. She also has detailed plans on how they will take them out.” Serenity turns to look at him.
“Fuck,” I swear. “We need to bring all of it.”
“That’s not the best part.” His eyes gleam with eagerness. “Guess who’s name is next on the list.”
“Who?” Serenity bites.
“Me.” He holds his arms out. “Fuck yes, bring it on, motherfuckers,” he yells.
“This is who you picked to bring with you.” I shake my head, watching River flip the air the bird.
