We were the perfect family everyone dreamed of before dad died. I know my mom's still hurting even though she tries to hide it with smiles and jokes. My mom is the strongest person I know because if any of my loved ones died , I wouldn't be the same ever again.

I really missed Jade and I planned today to give her a surprise visit. She's my best friend since diapers , I can't stay sane without her.

I got out of the bed and walked to the bathroom. I did my business and walked out with a towel wrapped around me.

I walked to Scarlet's walk in closet and looked for my clothes to wear.

I walked out of the closet to get my phone that was ringing from the nightstand. I grabbed it and looked at the number. It wasn't in my contacts but my guts told me to answer it.

I thought for a second before answering it. "hello" I waited for the response from the other side but it was the voice I last wanted to hear.

"Lovely please don't hung up." How dare he call me after everything he did. "What do you want?" I tightly squeezed the phone wanting it to break into two. "Can we meet up , I want to apologize for everything. please. "

Is he crazy? " Please I really want to apologize in person please, I'm really guilty about what I said."

His voice crack at the end and my heart softened a bit.

"Where?" He thanked me and told me the address. I hung up the phone before placing it back down. I swallowed the lump in my throat and looked at my reflection in the glassy window.

" Be strong." I whispered to myself before breathing in and out. I got dressed and did my makeup lightly. I guess Jade's surprise should wait a little bit longer.

I braided my hair into a stunning Dutch braid.

I looked myself into the full length mirror and I looked good. (A/n you can imagine her in anything except sexy, my taste isn't that good ) I wore my panache 19 sneakers before grabbing my essentials.

I got out of the bedroom and walked down the staircase towards the ground floor. The maids bowed down and the bimbo hesitated a little and I smirked at her when she did.

I walked to the kitchen and grabbed a glass of water from the tap because I felt like drinking from there. I have developed eating habits, I haven't had before.

I walked out of the kitchen to the living room. I looked around for Marcus but he wasn't around. Maybe he went with Scarlet. I sighed and walked to the opened large doors with huge bodyguards at the side.

A Mercendes-CLS was waiting infront of the house with the back seat open. Oh I nearly forgot that my girlfriend is so rich wait girlfriend.

I'm getting out of control. I walked to the driver's side and knocked on he titled window. The driver rolled down his window with furrowed brows. "Can I please drive myself?"

I didn't want them to follow me while going to Eros. "But ma'am we are..." I activated my cute girl act with puppy dogs no one ever refused . "Please!" He sighed loudly before getting out of the driver's seat.

"Can you tell them not to follow me." I begged again and he nodded. I smiled at him before getting into the car. It smelled leather and vinyl.

He handed me the car keys before shutting my car door and stepping back. He bowed and I roared the car into life before driving away from the house. I typed in the address in the GPS before tuning in some music on the radio.

It didn't take long before I pulled up at the side of the road. I got out with my purse and car keys before locking the car. I walked to the blue lake of Michigan and sighed loudly.

It didn't take long before I felt presence behind my back, I turned around and Eros's hand that was raised behind my back was now at my neck. "What are you planning?"

He smiled at me but his eyes said the opposite.
