HARLEY

Wow.

Was there any way to make sure I stayed in the alternate universe I’d somehow fallen into?

The guys talking about orcs and games had clearly done something interesting, but I wanted to stay. I had a Daddy and a Papa, and Daddy was currently making out with Papa…and wiggling on his lap…and making needy sounds.

They both were.

Yes. I wanted to stay right there in whatever dimension I’d been sucked into.

One where I got to watch two of the hottest men I’d ever seen kiss and nibble and moan as they writhed against each other. The fact that Daddy looked like he wanted to ride Papa was just as incredible and I couldn’t help the naughty images they put in my head.

Wait.

Had Daddy said he was a switch?

The first couple of minutes of our conversation was kind of hazy still, but I was pretty sure he’d mentioned that somewhere along the way.

Did Papa know that?

Would it make a difference?

The way they were making out made me think he wouldn’t care, but I wasn’t sure if it was need-to-know information or not. But neither of them seemed to be doing a lot of thinking at the moment, so I wasn’t sure what he’d categorize it as.

Papa would definitely sort the information, though.

He was a lawyer…a slightly cranky one but that was probably because Daddy had Dally’d him and was making him crazy. Daddy probably made a lot of people crazy but I kind of liked that he was a small bulldozer as Papa had called him.

When Daddy finally released Papa’s mouth and grinned, I had a feeling Papa was back to agreeing with his bulldozer statement.

Please don’t let Daddy say anything to upset Papa.

Papa didn’t have the same sense of humor that Daddy clearly did, and I had a feeling once he got his feelings hurt he’d never give Daddy a second chance.

Please don’t let Daddy say anything to upset Papa.

Was I really going to leave that up to Papa?

No.

“Daddy?” Oh, I’d said something. Shoot. “Um, I think…I think we need to make sure we say nice things as part of aftercare and after kissing kind of stuff.”

Wow.

Ignoring the lightheaded feeling that was rushing through me, I forced out the rest of the words. “I have an online friend…he…he and his Daddy made that rule.”

Air in.

Air out.

Sharing was fine because they wanted to keep me.

If they wanted to keep me, I had to make sure Daddy didn’t hurt Papa’s feelings.

If I wanted to be happy being kept then they needed to know what made me happy.

Someone should’ve told me finding a Daddy would be so stressful.

“Oh.” Daddy’s head cocked as he curled into Papa, who looked almost as big as me. “That’s a good idea.”

Sitting up like he had a spring in his back, Daddy gave Papa his full attention. “We have to model a healthy relationship for our boy and make sure he sees aftercare put into practice in healthy ways.”

I had a feeling Papa really didn’t like having to agree with Daddy but he nodded slowly. “I agree. We don’t always see situations like this as scenes, but aftercare is important in all situations that could be taken as a scene.”

He was so cute.

Daddy nodded but I couldn’t tell if he thought Papa was cute or not. “It might take us a few times to remember it consistently but we’ll get it right for him.”

For me.

They were going to be nice to each other for me or they were going to be healthy together for me?

“Absolutely.” Papa gave Daddy a thoughtful look. “Thank you for following through on your promise and…and for kissing me thoroughly.”

He just kept getting cuter and cuter.

Oh, Daddy smiled.

He thought Papa was cute too.

“I’m very glad to have gotten a chance to kiss you thoroughly and I’m even more appreciative that we have chemistry.” Shaking his head, Daddy sighed. “It would’ve been terrible if we had the chemistry of dead fish and had to deal with it so we could be with Harley.”

Okay, they were both adorable…and kind of insane, but evidently I thought that was desirable in a partner?

Maybe that was why my dating life had gone so badly?

“Terrible.” Nodding, Papa frowned. “But I’m going to need you to think about what kind of limits you’d like to have with me. I’ve never dated another Dom before.”

Oh.

Oh.

“I’m technically a switch but I’d like to stay in Dom mode for the time being.

” Cocking his head, Daddy studied Papa as relief ran through me that I didn’t have to point it out.

“I can see myself submitting to you, but I’d like to get to know you more first. It’s been a while since I’ve had a Dom and I’m really not sure I’m up to that much stress at the moment. ”

Huh?

Papa blinked but it didn’t take him long to translate Dally speak into real words. “If they can’t handle your personality when you submit, they weren’t the right Dom for you. I think you’d give Harley the same advice.”

Daddy crossed his arms over his chest and glared at Papa. “I don’t appreciate having my own words thrown back in my face.”

Instead of responding angrily to Daddy, Papa raised one eyebrow. “I tossed it at most. Gently handed the words is probably the most accurate description.”

Daddy huffed. “You’re lucky you’re cute, Pokey.”

Papa didn’t seem to know how to respond to any of that, so he looked over at me. “We’re going to have a very healthy relationship, don’t worry.”

I didn’t believe that for a second, but I nodded anyway since it seemed like the politest way to handle it. “I…I’m not jealous about you guys…kissing…I just thought…I just thought you needed to know that.”

And confessing that meant I wouldn’t have to lie to Papa.

It also seemed to help change the subject slightly because Papa turned to Daddy. “You don’t give off jealousy vibes, but I think I should make sure of that.”

Because he liked good communication and healthy relationships…and yet still seemed to be attracted to someone like Dally.

“It’s a good idea to check, but no, I’m not the jealous type.” Daddy studied Papa for a moment. “You seem like the…possessive type?”

“Yes.” Papa didn’t bother denying it…probably because it wasn’t a surprise. “But if you’re both mine, I don’t have any reason to be jealous. However, if our boy belongs to you and me but you don’t and I don’t have a relationship with you, I might end up stressed about the jealousy parts.”

That was kind of hard to follow but Daddy seemed to think it was easy.

“I can see that.” Daddy brought one hand up to his face and tapped his chin like he was in an anime and wanted to show everyone watching how thoughtful he was being. “You may possess me in an equal Dom that will happily bottom kind of way for now. Let’s renegotiate this after our first date?”

Papa blinked. “I’m fine with that level of possession for the time being, but if you need more time to figure out the rest, that’s understandable.”

Since Daddy looked kind of confused, I decided to try to be helpful. “Um, he thinks that’s making a slow decision. He was…really taking the time to consider it.”

When Daddy nodded, Papa looked over at me with confusion clearly written on his face, so it felt like I had to translate for him. “Yeah, we…we already had that discussion before you came over.”

It wasn’t the time to talk about the marriage part…even if I could figure out how to explain it in a way that would make sense.

“Oh.” Papa turned back to Daddy, but he was smart and didn’t call Daddy weird. “Thank you for taking the time to think about how you feel.”

Drama averted.

Daddy beamed at him. “You’re welcome. You’re going to be a big part of my life either way, so I want to make sure I show you how important you are.”

I wasn’t sure Papa knew what to say to that, but he smiled and gave Daddy another kiss. “Thank you.”

When in doubt thank Daddy for being thoughtful…got it.

“You’re welcome.” Daddy looked very happy with the situation but that led to him looking around and looking mischievous. “We really need a bigger chair where I can sit on both your laps, but all the couches are taken.”

Papa seemed to think that was cute, but gave his head a nod in my direction. “Our boy needs you more. He’s been very brave, but eventually he’s going to need your shirt again.”

Being a good grown-up was exhausting, so Papa was definitely right.

“You’re very sweet.” Daddy decided that meant Papa needed another kiss and a wiggle, but he popped up before Papa could do more than give him a little groan. “And sexy.”

I couldn’t help letting out a quiet laugh, but Papa didn’t mind. He sighed and shook his head. “He’s wiggly.”

That was one word for it.

“I give the best wiggles.” Daddy gave us both a wicked grin and wiggled as he sat back down on my lap. “And attention and blow jobs.”

Ugh…he made me blush again.

Papa chuckled and gave me a heated look that made the blushing worse. “I think you’re going to have to be very clear about what your first date limits are.”

Daddy’s naughty expression as he looked over at Papa said I wasn’t the only one who needed limits. I really wanted to tease him about that but the words wouldn’t come out. I managed to point at him as my face made me look like a tomato, though.

He laughed and didn’t seem worried.

Would he let Dally do that?

On the first date.

Oh, on our first date?

He really wanted to date both of us?

How was I supposed to ask that?

There were a lot of things I was probably supposed to ask but I’d never been in a situation like this before.

Unfortunately, the questions I had wouldn’t come out and the others I should ask just wouldn’t come to mind. I could probably eventually get them out but I wasn’t up to that much stress. It’d been a long evening before I’d met Dally and Santos and then everything had gotten confusing.

And sexy.

But still confusing.

“Let’s do a recap before we move on.” Looking very lawyer-like, Papa sat straighter and smoothed the front of his shirt. “We’re all dating as what I think is called a closed triad. No other additional partners or dates.”

When we both nodded, he looked pleased and continued with his helpful breakdown.

“I can claim possession of both of you, but Dally and I will renegotiate how that looks for us at some point. We’re going to have our first date tomorrow, which will be lunch at the deli by the science museum. At…let’s say one o’clock?”

Another round of nods with Dally mumbling something about a snack had Santos looking very businesslike even though it was the weirdest meeting I could think of.

“Dally is a switch. I am a Dom who will learn what my role as Papa will entail. Harley is a little.” Santos said that so easily, it took me a second to realize we hadn’t talked much about that part.

“Dally seems to be an enthusiastic bottom. I mostly top but I will bottom occasionally. Harley will share that information when he’s ready. ”

That didn’t seem to be a dealbreaker either way and he quickly moved on to the next topic, which was nice and weird at the same time. “We haven’t exchanged contact information yet but we will do so before separating. Is that an accurate summary so far?”

“Yes.” Dally sat straighter and took it just as seriously.

“I’m going to add that we’ve established that romance and physical affection will be amongst all three of us, but we are going to work on limits to expound on what that looks like.

For now, however, kissing and lap sitting where appropriate will be acceptable? ”

Yes.

Oh.

I nodded and did my best to look comfortable with the whole discussion…I wasn’t comfortable…but I figured faking it until I got to that point was the best way to handle it without having to actually explain that I didn’t know what I was doing or if I liked topping or bottoming.

Yes…one thing at a time.
