Remembering she had an interview today, Fan Rou hurriedly got out of bed.

If she wanted to stay in City B for long, and with not much savings, the Fan Family would definitely not care about her well-being, so earning money became an urgent matter.

She had previously worked as a drawing teacher at an educational institution, and now she wanted to continue teaching, but as a college professor.

She had her sights set on the local art college, and coincidently, they were hiring. She had scheduled an interview for ten o’clock.

The drive there would take thirty minutes; now it was nine, naturally leaving her a bit pressed for time.

Downstairs, Fan Rou’s father was unusually still at home.

Fan Rou wanted to grab something to eat before leaving, but seeing his stance, she was sure she would be interrogated if caught, so she decided to skip eating and buy something on the way instead.

"Where are you off to so early in the morning?" Unexpectedly, her father initiated the conversation. She knew that he never stopped her like this before.

His demeanor was always one of superiority, looking down on them like they were mere ants.

"I have some matters to attend to," Fan Rou replied with urgency, "I’m going to be late, I need to go now."

Without giving her father a chance to speak, Fan Rou ran off.

Seeing that he didn’t try to stop her, she breathed a sigh of relief, while also realizing this was the result of Huo Yi bringing her back last night.

Otherwise, her so-called father definitely wouldn’t have shown her this much respect.

The interview went smoothly, and barring any surprises, she could start the job without issue. Fan Rou was very happy and, guessing Ranran was awake by now, she gave her a call.

Ranran was browsing the news, which was abuzz with the Song Yue incident. Seeing Song Jade’s face on the screen, suppressing anger, Ranran ended up having an extra bowl of porridge for breakfast.

"Rourou?" Receiving the call from Fan Rou, Ranran’s voice was filled with more joy, "If it’s no trouble, come over now, I’ll introduce you to someone."

Number Five was already prominently sitting beside her, her captivating demeanor nearly drowning even Ranran, who was a woman herself.

"Who else are you introducing me to? Isn’t it enough that you sold your big brother to me?" Fan Rou teased her.

"How about it? Are you satisfied?"

Although a bit annoyed with Huo Yi for telling Fan Rou about their matters, Ranran’s voice didn’t show it at all.

"Satisfied, extremely satisfied," Fan Rou hailed a car, "I’m in a car now, will be there shortly."

"Alright then, we’ll talk when you arrive," Ranran hung up the phone.

Ranran, having finished reading the news and feeling bored, pushed her computer aside, focusing her attention on Number Five.

Those alluring eyes, those beautiful features, a mere glance would lure one’s soul; men would find it impossible to resist such a Number Five.

Ranran slowly scooted over.

A twitch in Number Five’s mouth, but her face remained respectfully composed, "Madam, what’s the matter?"

Number One, Three, and Four all deeply respected Ranran, including Young Master Ah Xian, as well as how Jun Mochan cherished her, naturally, she did not dare to treat her carelessly.

Never mind whether the young master loved her or not, being able to win over so many people’s hearts, the madam must have her exceptional qualities.

"Many men have fallen under your pomegranate dress, haven’t they?"

Number Five felt Ranran asked something obvious; her usual missions were to seduce men, always successful. However, seeing the seriousness in the other’s question, she nodded earnestly.

"Then do you have someone you like?" Ranran asked again.

Number Five decisively shook her head.

"There’s no one you like within the organization, or someone who likes you?" Ranran frowned.
