The Peacock-Blue Evening Dress

A full-length, sleeveless evening gown made from a peacock-blue silk with a blue chiffon over-bodice and half-length sleeves finished with dark-blue chiffon ties at the cuffs. The whole dress is brought in at the waist by a thin band of dark-blue velvet, embellished with an oversized orange organza rose.
