The Black Trouser Suit

A two-piece women’s trouser suit. A fitted jacket, finishing at low hip, made from black wool crepe with finely ribbed, glossy, black silk sleeves and double cuffs fastened by three self-covered buttons in bright-pink silk. The jacket is fastened by one link button, made of the same bright-pink silk. The high-waisted, wide-legged, black wool crepe trousers are fastened at each side with three large pink buttons.
