I glance at the time.

They’ll be here soon.

I move my eyes to the pillow on the floor.

Gizmo is still here with me.

He hasn’t left my place today.

He even napped with me in the afternoon after filling his belly with food and drinking fresh water from his bowl.

I shift my focus back to my options.

What do I want to wear?

I don’t want anything that clings to my body.

I also don’t want anything that looks too bland and uninspiring.

None of my options work, so I go back to the closet and search through the hangers, hoping to find something that I have somehow overlooked.

Something sexy and frilly.

My hand moves over a few summer dresses when a soft piece of fabric catches my attention.

I pull the garment off the rack and look at it.

“This is it,” I murmur to myself.

It’s a white dress featuring a blue and purple floral print, a flowing bottom, a laced-up fitted top, spaghetti straps, and an empire waistline.

The hemline hits below my rear.

I could wear scrappy sandals with it.

Yes.

That will do.

Excited, I hurry to the bathroom and finish my hair and makeup before sliding up my panties and putting on my dress.

A glance in the mirror confirms it for me that it’s the right pick. It does a good job holding my breasts in place while moving around my body as I walk.

Not wasting another moment, I check my face.
