“Yes I will. Anytime.” More chest flutters. Dammit. I opened the door.
“All right, fine. I promise.”
“Good girl.” I ignored that, and the fact that the flutters had now descended to my belly. When I glanced back, he was smirking. Damn him.
I hopped out of the truck and onto the curb. The street was quiet tonight. When Theo called my name through the open passenger side window, I turned back to face him.
“Yeah?”
“I could never hate you, ” he said, recalling my earlier words. He shook his head for emphasis and tapped the steering wheel.
My face softened into a slight smile, but then he opened his mouth again.
“And the best orgasm of your life, huh?”
“Shut up.”
I heard him laughing as I spun around and walked up the path to my front door. And maybe I added a little swing to my step, swaying my hips and emphasizing my ass. Just to torture him.
