I find Noah, Dorian, and Kieron in the corner on the far side of the room. They are each stuffing their faces with pastries from the dessert table.

“I hope you guys got enough for me, too!” I coo as I step into the middle of the little circle they’ve created. The night passes in a blur with them at my side.

Even when we get back home, and I'm complaining about my feet hurting, the light heartedness of the dance comes with us. I decide to stop waiting as I face them at the front door.

“I’d planned to do this tonight, after all our crazy love making, but I can’t hold it back.” I look each of them in the eye, giving a large smile, and finally say the words. “I love you.”
