Luckily, he reached the hotel in seven minutes and relatively sweat-free. As he walked into the reception, he realised Scott hadn’t told him the room number.

A test? Fine, I’ll play.

Prin walked up to reception.

“Hi,” he managed.

“Mr Lum?”

“Well, yes.”

“Mr Fitzgerald showed me your picture,” the amused receptionist said. “He’s in room number three-one-six.”

“Thank you.”

Prin moved toward the lift he’d spotted when he came in.

“One second, Mr Lum,” the receptionist said. “You’ll need the code phrase.”

FIFTEEN

SCOTT

Scott stared at himself in the mirror. He’d chosen his black jockstrap and he looked damned good in it.

“Fuck, I hope this isn’t too much,” he said to himself in the mirror. “Mind you, it’s best he learns early on. When am I never too much?”

A knock at the door interrupted the conversation he was having with his reflection.

“Shit,” Scott said.

It was too late now. Prin was outside. Scott ran over to the door and peered through the spyhole. It was indeed his new lover.

“Code phrase, please,” Scott called out.

“Come on,” Prin said. “Open up.”

“Code phrase,” Scott repeated.

He took another chance to spy on Prin. To his joy, a couple were coming out of the room opposite them.

Prin sighed. “I’m a dildo pilferer.”

Scott collapsed into hysterics and pulled open the door dramatically. When he saw the expression of shock on the couple’s face, he remembered he was practically naked.

“Oh my God,” he screamed.

He yanked Prin inside the room and slammed the door. They were both falling about laughing.

“Her face,” Scott said, holding his sides.

Prin straightened up. Scott watched him as he took in the outfit. What there was of it.

“You look incredible,” Prin said, biting his bottom lip. “Come here.”

“Not so fast,” Scott replied. “I’ve got a surprise for you.”

Taking Prin’s hand, Scott took him over to the bed. On it Scott had laid out a black leather paddle.
