Ty

L ance’s arm and leg are draped around me as he clings to me, his pretty head tucked against my chest. I like having him on me like this, in my bed, just listening to the sound of his breathing.

Last night was epic. Everything I could have hoped for and so much more. Being inside this tight ass that’s all mine, being the one to open him up and claim it. And I’m glad Lance trusted me to be the one to do the job.

Lance finally stirs. “I guess I should go,” he mutters before planting a kiss on my abdomen.

“No,” I blurt out, which catches his attention, and he angles his head to look up at me. “I don’t want you to go. I mean, obviously, if you need to, or if you work early or something…”

“I don’t work until later in the day, but if I stay, it’s not gonna be easy for me to sneak out in the morning without everyone noticing.”

Despite how epic the sex was, my feelings for Lance are beyond that. It’s not just his ass I want. I enjoy spending time with him, getting to know him beyond the fun we have together.

I consider my next words carefully. “What if you didn’t have to sneak out? What if we went downstairs and grabbed breakfast together?”

“Then the guys might think it weird that I was over here last night, with you.”

“So what?”

He’s just staring blankly at me.

“Never mind,” I say. “Sorry, that’s such a dick move of me. This isn’t only about what I want. I want you to stay the night. I’m not ashamed of what we’re doing, and I don’t give a flying fuck what dumb shit comes out of Ryan’s or Keegan’s mouths. But you need to do what you feel comfortable with.”

He’s still not giving me any indication about his feelings around my invitation.

“ Why do you want me to stay the night?” Lance finally asks.

“Stud, I thought you were a smart guy. Surely you realize I like more than just your ass. I enjoy hanging with you.”

He smiles, and the tension that’s built up within me dissipates.

“Is Ty Lancaster hung up on me?”

It’s clear he’s joking, but I can’t help saying, “Yes.”

I’m surprised by how serious that came out, and I can tell by his stiff expression that it takes him by surprise too.

“I like spending time with you,” I confess.

“And every time you’re not around, I just think about getting to spend more time with you and being annoyed when you’re not there, so yeah, a few more hours with you pressed up against me, offering those kisses against my abs and pecs, nestling your face against me, that would be nice. ”

“Even if the guys found out? All our friends?” Lance asks.

It’s the practical side, which I hate that we even have to consider. “It’s not a problem for me, but again, if it is for you, then fuck what I just said. ”

His brow twists up. “You can’t say those kinds of things and then take them back. And I don’t care what anyone says about what we’re doing. I like the idea of you taking me downstairs tomorrow, letting all your Sigma Alpha bros know how you claimed this ass.”

“And expecting many more times.”

He laughs. “Well, let’s hope they all live up to tonight’s fuck.”

“I’ll make sure of it.” It’s my promise to him as I rest my hand against his cheek, running my thumb down his face. “I want to be inside that ass a lot more.” As his cheeks light up, I say, “There’s that pretty shade of pink again. Harder to get that nowadays.”

“Not surprised with all the dirty things you’ve done to me,” he says, flashing another smile.

“Stay with me tonight.”

It’s the last time I’ll ask, and as he looks to the door, a ball of tension knots up in my chest. But then he turns back to me, and I see the playful glint in his eyes.

“It’ll be weird having to explain that to Dax after we went on a date.”

“Of all the guys, he’ll definitely understand.”

“True. But are you gonna keep the others from being mean to me at breakfast?”

“Trust me, they’ll be giving me all the hell. And if Ryan says anything douchey, I’ll kick his fucking ass.”

“I don’t doubt that. And now I’m the one getting jealous when you’re threatening to do something to someone else’s ass.

” He takes a kiss, and that easily, my uneasiness lets up.

“And just to be clear,” he says, “with how jealous you are about my ass, I assume, from this point on, we’re not messing around with other people. ”

“As long as you fuck with me, that ass is mine.” Again, the words come out before I can really think them through, so I quickly amend them. “And also, these lips, this dick, every part is reserved for me.”

“Then that means all this”—he waves his hand over my body—“is reserved for me?”

“Yup. Totally exclusive because we wouldn’t want anyone to get hurt if I find out they’re touching up on you.”

He glares at me. “Yeah, I’m sure it’s everyone’s safety you’re concerned about.”

“Not only that.” I grab his ass again, giving a subtle squeeze. “I’m just a greedy fuck when it comes to you.”

“It’s hot how greedy you are for me.” He offers me another kiss, then pulls away and says, “Now that that’s all settled, Rocky, I guess the only thing I need to be clear about is: if I find out you snore, I’m outta here.”

I close my eyes and imitate a snore, which gets him laughing, but his arm and leg tighten around me, assuring me he’s not going anywhere.

Granting me a moment of peace.

We cling to each other, kissing, and I feel myself drifting off in his arms.

When morning arrives, we shower, and I loan him an extra toothbrush from my last dental checkup.

He starts to put on the clothes he wore the day before.

“Uh-uh, Stud. You’re not doing a walk of shame in Sigma Alpha.”

“I don’t think I’ll fit into your pants.”

“Naw. But at least you can wear one of my shirts. ”

I fish through my drawer, retrieving a Sigma Alpha long-sleeved henley, and he glares at me. “Has this really all been some master plan to get me looking foolish in Sigma Alpha spirit wear?”

I roll my eyes. “I thought you’d look hot in it, but fair enough.”

As I continue rifling through the drawer, Lance approaches and strips off his shirt, his abs flexing, his muscles on full display. I don’t know why seeing them moving around like that gets me going so much when I had all night to enjoy them, but my mouth waters.

He throws the henley on.

Is it wrong how much I love seeing my rival proudly wearing my house letters?

“Naughty.” He checks himself out in the closet floor-length mirror. “Feels like I’m betraying my guys, though. They’d freak if they saw what I was doing.”

He looks disappointed, but now that I’ve seen him in the shirt, I can’t stand the thought of him being out of it. “Well, fortunately, they’re not here,” I say, approaching him from behind. “And I find it hot as hell.”

He looks over his shoulder at me, and I take his mouth, thoroughly enjoying the naughty feeling. It might be wrong, what we’re doing, but I don’t give a fuck. I love him being in my Sigma Alpha shirt.

“Maybe you should bring over an Alpha Theta Mu shirt, and one night we can mess around in each other’s letters.”

“You dirty fuck,” he says. “I might just do that.”

We enjoy a few more kisses, and then we behave like good boys, finding a neutral henley for Lance that won’t have him lose his status at his frat.

We’re unusually quiet as we head out of my room, waiting to see whom we’ll run into first and how they’ll react to my sleeping with the enemy.

Keegan’s door opens—of course it would be fucking Keegan—and as he steps out in only his boxers, I rest my arm across Lance’s shoulders, making it clear he’s my guest and that if anyone plans to say shit about him, they’re not gonna have an easy morning.

“Ty, Lance…” Keegan trails off.

“Morning, Keeg,” Lance says, offering a fist bump Keegan barely makes before we pass him.

I snicker. What can I say? I enjoy throwing the guys, and Lance does too.

When we get downstairs, Ryan’s at the kitchen island, shirtless, pouring his cereal and laughing it up with Jaxon.

“Morning, guys,” I announce.

Ryan’s bright smile turns to me. “Morning, Ty…and Lance. Lance with Ty…Ty with Lance…”

He’s having a full breakdown as he freezes there, his gaze shifting between us as he seems to be struggling to process what he’s seeing. His milk overflows from his bowl, sliding across the kitchen island.

“Dude,” Lance says, indicating the mess now spilling onto the front of Ryan’s joggers.

“Fuckin’ A,” Ryan says, hurrying to grab paper towels. He packs them over his crotch.

As Jaxon helps him clean up around him, I say, “Ryan, how in the fuck did you manage to make this moment about you?”

“Couldn’t let you hog all the attention, I guess.” He finishes wiping himself off. “Now please tell us you found this trash snooping around because he wanted to get us back for that prank. ”

Even knowing Ryan’s teasing, anger shoots through me. “Nah, but fuck around and find out by calling him trash one more time.”

Ryan raises his hands in surrender. “Ooh, so sounds like this isn’t a one-time thing. When did all this start?”

“Depends on when you want to start,” Lance jokes.

“What is that supposed to mean?” Keegan asks, joining us.

“It means it’s been a minute,” I confess, keeping Lance close.

“Wait, but you fuck girls,” Jaxon says, his brow twisted up. “Like, a lot of them.”

“Well, it’s pretty clear you’re gonna have to add guys to the list. At least, one guy.”

“You were at each other’s throats at the start of the year,” Jaxon points out before blinking a few times. “That’s kind of hot, actually.”

“Yes, yes it is,” Lance agrees.

“I guess it makes sense since you guys had to be around each other so much for all those secret TaskFrat Committee things.”

Keegan and Jaxon shoot him looks.

“What?” Ryan asks. “That’s—Oh, there were no secret TaskFrat Committee meetings, were there?”

“Look, it can learn,” Keegan jokes.

“Fuck off. It just took me a minute. So you guys are what? Boyfriends?”

I feel a rush when he says boyfriends , like I wish that were the case, but I dismiss it. “It hasn’t been that long. We’re just having a good time. Can you all stop embarrassing me in front of the enemy?”

“Does Alpha Theta Mu already know?” Ryan asks, stressing Lance’s frat name in a particularly condescending way—you know, the way we usually talk about it.

“You guys better stop using that tone about my house while I’m over,” Lance says.

“Or what you gonna do, little man?” Ryan challenges, standing taller—not that he needs to with all that muscle packed on.

I glare at my fellow fratbro, who clearly gets the message as he gulps. “Okay, okay…we can be cool while he’s over.”

“Damn right you can be.”

“You don’t look cool. You look like you just pissed yourself,” Lance tells him, indicating the milk stain, which gets Ryan roaring.

“Okay, maybe he’s all right,” Ryan says.

“Hey, this could work out,” Jaxon adds. “Now we have an in with the Alpha Theta Mu guys. Might actually get a date over there.”

“Who the fuck have you been eyeing over there?” Ryan asks. “Moaning Marty?”

The guys get laughing, but Lance says, “Hey, no one talks about my friend like that.”

It doesn’t surprise me that Lance managed to lead a frat his sophomore year because even my guys quiet, accepting his authority as word.

And then Dax heads in.

“Morning, guys. Hey, Lance.” He offers us fist bumps, smirking in a way that suggests he had a hunch about us, at least with the way we were acting last night. “That’s one of my favorite shirts of yours, Ty,” he teases before heading to the fridge.

And yes, I was clearly right that he would be the least weirded out of all the guys.

“Now that we’ve made things as awkward as possible with your house,” Lance says, “I guess I should get back to my place, start breaking the news to my guys. I’ll see you later?”

I love knowing that’s true, that there won’t be any sneaking around anymore. Next time, he can just head on in, and we can do whatever the hell we want.

“You’re damn right you’ll see me later.”

I proudly plant a kiss on his lips, giving zero shits about the guys seeing me, and as I pull away, I notice all the guys but Dax are a mix of surprise and amusement.

After Lance leaves, the guys are silent until Jaxon finally says, “It would be kind of funny if this was like an epic prank, though, right?”

His comment breaks the tension, the room erupting into laughter once again.

And just as I figured, the guys are cool.

Maybe a little confused, but definitely cool.
