H e will never see it coming.
But then again, they never do. They believe they can get away with the most depraved acts imaginable, without any consequences. From the moment we’re born, we’re gifted with an innate sense of morality. A moral compass, designed to ensure we adhere to basic standards of decency. But there are those who choose not to follow that righteous compass. They stray down paths that, as a society, we cannot and should not accept. And when the legal system fails to deliver justice, I am here to make sure that innocent victims are vindicated.
One monster at a time.
The monster I’m hunting resides in a grand mansion sitting at the top of the hill surrounded by a sprawling fifty-acres. Its sharp, angular design is a statement of power and wealth. The stone facade, a flawless blend of polished limestone and dark granite, shines brightly under the setting sun—too pristine, too perfect. The mansion’s immaculate appearance hides the rot beneath the surface, its cold opulence a mask for the evil it harbors within its gleaming walls. Everyone believes he’s one of the good guys, highly respected for his charitable contributions to the community and his picture-perfect family. A family that has no idea of the sick, vile things he does behind closed doors.
But, I know.
And soon, the world will too.
The fury inside me burns with the damning knowledge of his twisted acts, fueling my rage at their blissful ignorance.
I wonder if he’d still recognize me. A smirk tugs at the corners of my lips. It’s been almost sixteen years since he last saw me. The night my soul was shattered and broken. Stepping out of the car, anticipation bubbles within me, a cold smile spreading across my face, stepping out of the car and heading up the driveway toward the estate. The time has come for this monster’s depraved truths to be exposed.
