Then he dipped in and lapped his tongue across my clit. Spinning and swirling and driving me to disorder.
Two seconds later, that pinpoint of pleasure exploded.
The need that had been bottled inside me burst.
A rupturing.
A fracturing.
Bliss shattered far and wide.
Streaking through my insides and blistering across my flesh.
A loud moan rolled out of me as my entire being bowed, and Kane shifted, swooping in to take my mouth, swallowing down the unbidden sound. Drinking it up like it would sustain life.

I should be horrified.

But my mind was too spun up in him to feel any of that. So, I just clung to him, gasping for breath as tiny pinpricks of pleasure kept ticking through my body.

He carefully stood, and I could almost taste the need that radiated from him.
Could feel the force of his restraint.
The way greed billowed from his body as he stared at me bare from the waist down.
I should hide.
Cover myself.
Cower.
Instead, my gaze drifted, taking him in beneath the willowy light that filtered through his room.
