I glance over at him and raise a brow.
“Just a thought… All right. Let’s get out there and see if you can still run a fucking route old-timer.” He nods to the field and starts jogging on.
“I’m not fucking old!” I call after him.
“Whatever you say ol’ guy!”

After practice is over,I glance at my phone. Scarlett hasn’t responded to my text yet, and I barely have enough time to get to a store and then go see her before she has to leave to meet them. So I hurry through my shower and change to make good time, praying that the traffic on I-5 isn’t a complete fucking nightmare.
When I get to her apartment I knock, and it takes a minute before I hear her at the door, unlocking it and opening it to give me a surprised look.
“What are you doing here? I have to leave soon.”
“Good to see you too,” I answer her, closing the door behind me as I step in.
“I’m sorry. I’m just running behind. Still trying to fix my makeup and get my dress on. If you want to talk, it’ll have to be in the bathroom while I finish up.”
She’s in a robe with thigh highs and underwear underneath it, curls tumbling over the back of the silk fabric. I follow behind her, and I already want to be buried in her. I lean against the doorframe as I watch her apply mascara.
“What did you need?” She glances back at me through the mirror.
“Do you need to get this dolled up to go to Gabe’s with some friends?”
“Do I need to get this dolled up to go on a first date with a pro football player who’s five years younger than me?”
“Well, he can enjoy the view but he’s not touching you.”
“Excuse me?” She turns to look at me. “I hope that’s a request and not an order.”
“Yes, I’m requestingyounot do it. He already got the order.”
“Tobias…” She sighs and caps the mascara. “What happened to ‘I don’t care if you date them. I like competition’? How am I supposed to have a normal date if you’re threatening them?”
“First… not a threat, a promise. Second, it’s a competition. I just have unfair advantages. Like seniority on this team and knowing how to make you come multiple times in a row. He still wants to stay in the game knowing that that’s on him.”
“So now I have to make the first move. Thanks for that.” She swipes on lipstick and glares at me through the mirror.
“The fuck you do.” I throw the bag on the counter and wrap my hands around her waist pulling her back against me where I’m already going hard just from watching her bend over the counter in these clothes. “You need fucked tonight? I’m right fucking here.”
I reach into her robe and slide my hand under her panties, brushing my fingers over her clit. She closes her eyes and rocks back against me, dropping her hands to the counter. She’s already getting wet, and I smirk, leaning forward to kiss the side of her neck. She’s wearing the necklace I bought her and seeing it around her neck while her ass brushes over my cock gets me impossibly hard.
“Already wet for me? Or does us fighting over you turn you on?” I spread my fingers to the sides of her clit, just barely brushing against her and wrap my hand around her neck, kissing and sucking my way down the side.
“I like that it irritates you.” She smirks, her long dark lashes shadowing her eyes.
“I bought you a present. Open it.” I nod to the bag on counter.
“A present?” Her lashes flutter, and she pulls the box out of the bag raising an eyebrow when she sees what it is.
“Joss and Colt said we should try it. Put it on.”
“I think I have to tell her to warn me when she gives you ideas. You want to do thisnow?”
“Now.”
She pulls it out and washes it off, drying it on a towel while I slide a finger inside her and nibble her earlobe. She grins and scrunches her nose.
