“Jonny,” Perry cried, “Oh, God,Jonny!”

Perry’s spend spurted down Jonny’s throat and kept spurting as Jonny’s mouth slid up his shaft. His spend filled Jonny’s mouth as quickly as he could swallow and then kept coming, even as Jonny’s own cock erupted in his hand, spattering on the floor in front of him and coating his fingers in sticky wetness.

Wrung out and gasping, Jonny kneeled there, his forehead on one of Perry’s meaty thighs as he slowly got his breath back. When the pleasure-fog had dissipated enough that he could see again, he leaned back on his heels and glanced up to find Perry watching him. The man looked… replete. Not nervous now, but content in a way Jonny hadn’t seen before. His smile was relaxed as his gaze travelled over Jonny’s face, though it turned a little more tentative at whatever he saw there.

Jonny found he didn’t like that, so he flashed a grin, and, sure enough, that made Perry’s smile return and the faint shadow of anxiety dissipate.

“Like that, did you?” Jonny asked, raising a brow.

Perry’s laughter was a bright, spontaneous sound. “Likeit?” he repeated. “I don’t think I’ve everlikedanything so much in all my life!” He laughed again, a warm, happy sound that made Jonny chuckle too, though not from humour so much as from an oddly unexpected joy at Perry’s unaffected reaction. There was something so refreshinglyhonestabout Perry Cavendish. Jonny thought of all those unbridled sounds of pleasure the man had made, and those small gestures of tenderness. His fingers, carding through Jonny’s hair. His hand, gently cradling the back of Jonny’s head as he’d bobbed on that hefty shaft.

And oh God, Jonny was beginning to feel emotional, wasn’t he?

Damn.

Time to be sensible. Time to remind himself that this was no more than a friendly favour and put a little bit of much-needed space between himself and Perry.

Resolutely turning his gaze from Perry’s smiling face, Jonny got to his feet and busied himself with pulling out a handkerchief.

“Well, I’m very glad you enjoyed it,” he said, as he wiped the remnants of his own spend from his hands. “I did too—very much, as I’m sure you noticed.” He tucked the soiled handkerchief away and began to button himself up again. Perry, who had initially sat, unmoving, when Jonny got up, now took the hint and rose to his feet too, recovering his abandoned drawers from the floor and hastily pulling them on.

Jonny realised with dismay that Perry looked unsure now. Despite Jonny’s efforts to hide his turbulent emotions behind a breezy mask, Perry was picking up his discomfort, one hand rubbing uncomfortably at the back of his neck.

Hell.

Jonny’s mind raced as he considered what to say, what to do. Rationally, he knew he should set this experiment aside right now and concentrate on offering Perry the platonic friendship he’d told Adam he’d be sticking to. But damn it, he didn’t want Perry to think Jonny had regrets about what they’d just done. He didn’t want Perry to feel anything other than desired and wanted, and somehow he found himself saying words that were the complete opposite of what he knew he should say.

“If you enjoyed that, perhaps we could… try some other things?”

Perry’s head snapped up, and he stared at Jonny for a few silent moments before saying hoarsely, “You want to?”

His uncertainty touched Jonny’s heart like nothing else could have. A man who looked like Perry should be all swaggering confidence. Could Jonny at least give him a little of that by showing him how appealing he was?

“Of course,” he said, eyeing Perry’s form in a way that left the man in no doubt that Jonny liked what he saw.

Perry blinked. “I’d like that very much. Provided—” He broke off, flushing deeply.

Provided… what?

Jonny frowned. What was Perry’s condition going to be? That Jonny didn’t embarrass Perry by telling anyone else? That he didn’t start imagining itmeantanything? That he didn’t start expecting anything from him other than his cock?

In his head, he heard Stephen again, his voice brusque with impatience.

“Bloody hell, Jonny, stop hanging all over me! You’re as bad as a woman.”

“Provided…?” Jonny prompted, eyeing Perry warily.

“Provided you don’t mind teaching me what’s what,” Perry said, his voice tight with embarrassment. “I haven’t done any of this before, you see, and I’m a perfect dolt, as I’m sure you’ve noticed.” He ran his hand over the back of his neck again, discomfort in every line of his large body.

Jonny swallowed against the sudden lump in his throat, an unwanted wave of affection swelling in his heart for this strangely sensitive young man who looked like he could tackle the Hydra with one hand tied behind his back but seemed only to see himself as adolt. And oh Christ, Jonny was getting teary again.

Fighting off the rush of tender emotion threatening to overcome him, Jonny said firmly, “You’re not a dolt, Peregrine, and I assure you, this will be no chore for me.” He forced himself to smile then, hoping it wasn’t too watery, and added, “Quite the opposite.”

“What did you think of your new studio?” Zander asked Jonny that night at dinner.
