Page 69 of Suck This
“Tell me.” I sidled closer. “What are you so busy doing that you cannot speak to me in private?”
She gritted her teeth, and I could’ve sworn she growled.
“I’m busy enjoying the night,” she said, her eyes going to my still bloody hand. “But you ruined that for me.”
I moved closer and dropped my mouth to her shoulder.
“It entertains you to be drugged and fucked?”
She stiffened, her eyes going to the glass that had previously been hers.
“That… Keisha wouldn’t have let anything happen to me.”
I held her in place, though, worried what I might do if I saw fear on her face right now.
“Go to my office,” I ordered.
She shivered in my arms.
“I don’t know where your office is.”
“Fuck it,” I growled, then teleported.
Her gasp of surprise echoed off the empty walls of the overlook to the club. A more secure room was not to be found within the distance I was comfortable being away from her.
I didn’t do much business here, hence the reason for essentially no furniture.
Hell, the only thing in the entire room was a large high-backed chair that I would sit in and look over the club through the wall-to-wall one-way glass mirror that overlooked everything from about thirty feet in the air.
It was only accessible by a single set of stairs, and the stairs were protected by the guard that only ever stood up here to watch over the area from a higher vantage point.
The sound of the door closing, though, followed him as he left the room as quietly as possible.
He was good like that, though.
Very discreet.
Normally I brought women up here to feed.
This woman, though, I was going to fuck.
“You scared?” I asked her, running my hand up the soft skin of her forearm.
She looked down at the bloody hand that was touching her and didn’t recoil like I expected her to.
No, she pressed her body more fully into me.
“No,” she said honestly. “I’m sad.”
That I didn’t like to hear.
“That why you’re here?” I asked, my words rasping against the sensitive skin of her neck. “To punish us both?”
She whirled in my arms.
“I wouldn’t be punishing us if you would just give us what we both wanted!” she hissed.
I knew what it felt like to be pushed away. She wasn’t doing it overtly or anything, but I could already feel the distance between us. The distance that was making my heart feel…off.
