“The phone slipped, but I could show you a tease,” I raised an eyebrow. My intrusive thoughts taking the wheel of my better judgment.
“Then show me,” He shot back as he bit his lip and waited for my next move.
I put the phone back in the position that had me fully exposed and squeezed the soap from the net all over my body.
I pinched my nipples and hissed as I ran my hand along my stomach.
Judah was quiet as he watched me intently, with fire in his eyes.
I know that he was ready to teleport through the damn phone.
Then I picked the phone up and gave him a nasty smirk.
“Nah, baby. Now you got my dick hard,”
“And what do you want me to do about that?” I asked.
Judah’s eyes narrowed, and a lazy smile spread across his face. He shifted across his bed and supported his weight with his elbow as he propped his phone up as well.
“Don’t play with me, Ma. You know what I want you to do,”
I laughed low and ran my hand down my stomach. “I don’t know, Judah. You sound like you’re trying to give me instructions. You’re still in boss mode; I didn’t sign up for that tonight.” I teased.
“You signed up when you answered my call naked,” He argued.
The way he said it made my thighs clench under the water. His phone was angled just enough so that I could see his hand adjusting himself in his sweats. So I angled mine so that he could get a clear view of what was happening underneath the surface of the water.
I whispered low, like someone other than him was listening, “What if I stop?”
“Then I can be in Bolivia by sunrise, you forgot who you dealing with?” he asked. There was no humor in his tone, and I knew that if I called his bluff, I would hear the roars of a jet engine within the hour.
“You’re crazy.”
“You ain’t seen crazy yet, Ivy,” he said, half warning.
I stared at the screen and at the fire in his eyes.
And my hand disappeared back underneath the bubbles; the warmth of the water heightened the feeling that was slowly starting to consume me.
When I moaned, his breath was caught, and it was audible even through the phone.
This was bigger than teasing; we were on two different continents, and somehow just knowing that he was watching me made me feel like he was here. Breathing on my neck.
“You see what you do to me, Ma?” He asked. His voice was deep, almost hoarse, as his phone now rested on his knee, and the snake appeared in the camera.
This time, it was me who had the audible gasp.
“I ain’t touched nobody, I haven’t wanted anybody since I saw you Shorty. Now you got me on FaceTime, about to lose my mind about you sitting in a tub ten thousand miles away,” he said as he stroked his dick, picking up the pace as he spoke.
I let my head fall back against the marble again, sliding one of my fingers inside of me, and then another. “You’re insane,” I breathed, but my voice cracked.
“Yeah? Then go ahead and drive me crazy, Ma. Touch yourself like I’m right there watching. I want you to say my name while you do it.” He coached.
The command in his tone had me obeying him before my brain could argue. My body arched against the heat of the water as I moved my hand, “Judah.”
The sound that left his throat was something that nature couldn’t even replicate.
He smirked at my obedience.
I bit down on my lip, then slowly lifted the phone so he could see the water ripple around my body as my hand moved faster to bring me my release. His breathing got louder, rougher.
“That’s it, Ma. Right there,”
“I’m about to-” I gasped, closing my eyes, but his voice brought me back into the moment.
“Nah, baby, look at me. Keep your eyes on me.”
I did, and the fire in his stare almost burned straight through the phone. His lips parted, chest heaving as he stroked himself faster, his rhythm syncing with the pace of my hand.
“Damn, you so fucking pretty, Ivy,” he groaned.
His words snatched a sound from me I couldn’t hold back; my body tensed.
“You close?” he demanded.
“Y-yeah,” I stammered.
“Then don’t stop. Give it to me, Mama.”
The intensity in his voice shattered my last ounce of restraint. My back arched, my moans echoed in the steam-filled bathroom. On the screen, Judah’s own release hit, his head dropping back against the headboard, jaw clenched tight as he groaned my name and cursed all at the same time.
For a long moment, neither of us spoke, just listened to each other’s heavy breathing through the small speaker.
After I gathered my bearings, I laughed weakly, wiping my wet hair out of my face. “We’re sick.”
Judah lifted his head. His eyes were dark, possessive, and locked on mine. I could feel the intensity of the stare through the screen. He didn’t respond to my comment as he just looked at me.
“What, Judah?” I asked, blushing under his assessment.
“Nothing, you think it’s quicker for you to be an American citizen or for me to become a Bolivian?” He asked through slits in his eyes.
I hollered in laughter and then sucked my teeth at his silliness before I stood to shower.
I put the phone on one of the soap racks, and we continued talking.
He then walked into his bathroom to take a shower.
Judah and I were supposed to be friendly, but for the umpteenth time, we had crossed the line.
This time, I had finally given up trying to fight my attraction to him.
It didn’t go unnoticed that he said that he hadn’t been touching or attracted to anyone since he had left.
I don’t know how much of what he said was true or what was just in the moment, but that heightened how I was feeling.
It was something we hadn’t discussed, but I knew he probably had a ton of women fighting for his attention.
As handsome as he was, and the way he walked around with a solid pound of dick, I’m sure they were beating the door down.
“Mr. Jennings,” I said, interrupting his spill about his schedule for the next three weeks.
“What’s up?” He asked as he turned off the water and set the phone on the counter. The video of him dripping water made me want to lick the screen. I lost my train of thought, and watched, my mouth almost hung open as his dick swung in the camera before he wrapped the towel around him.
“Damn, Ma, if you gone keep staring, say hey to this lil nigga, he speaks back.” He chuckled. His comment snapped me out of it and made me smile.
“Anyway, you said earlier that you haven’t touched anyone since you’ve been back home. I don’t recall us ever discussing relationships. You don’t have a girlfriend tucked away?”
He looked at the phone like I had just asked the stupidest question. I probably had, maybe I should’ve asked before he rubbed an orgasm out of me through the material of my pants, but I guess better late than never.
“Hell no,” He laughed as he put on deodorant and grabbed some spray.
“That’s surprising. I would imagine that you have a roster,” I admitted.
“Did I have women that I fucked with? Yeah, but I don’t anymore.”
“And why is that?” I questioned.
I felt like I knew the answer, or my delusion hoped it would be the one he gave, but I held my breath before he said it.
“Don’t ask questions you don’t want the answer to,” He warned.
“I’m grown,” I reminded him.
“Cause, ever since I met you, them muhfuckas get on my nerves,” he said with a frown on his face.
I smiled. This man was the most unapologetically blunt person I had ever met.
It was strange, but I could appreciate someone who never let you guess how they felt.
The line fell silent after that. He stepped out of the view of the camera, and I could hear him going through drawers to find something to put on.
“So, you don’t care to ask me how long I’ve been married?” I teased him.
“The fuck you talking about, Shorty?” He questioned as his face came back out of nowhere.
“I’m married,” I doubled down, trying to hold it together at the expression on his face.
Then he scratched his head with a gun, and it took everything in me not to come clean. He just sat in silence, and for the first time, Judah was speechless. Then he got off the bed, and I heard him grab a set of keys.
“Where are you going?” I asked.
“I’ll see you by lunch time, baby.” The phone disconnected.
I called him back, laughing in tears. He didn’t answer. I pressed the button to try him again; this time, he answered, and I could hear the beeping from the truck.
“I’m just playing, I’m not married,” I screamed before he could hang up on me again.
He blew out a deep breath, and I could hear the engine silence. Then I heard his truck door slam.
“Don’t play with me like that, Ivy. I ain’t never had feelings for any woman before. So, I don’t even know what I’ll do when they get involved. Don’t fuck around, make us both find out.” He warned. My laughter died out at his seriousness.
“We all gone be surprised around this bitch,” I heard him mumble as he opened the door and slammed it again.
Judah was a special kind of nutcase. It took him a while to get back to his normal jokey self, and when he did, he gave me another warning.
I made a mental note to myself not to joke with him about another man again.
In this moment, the tide had shifted. Judah was one of the things that I looked forward to at the end of the day.
And in this life, with all the chaos and the madness, this undeniable, silly, and burning attraction was exactly what I needed.
