Story: Phone On DND

Avery

I t was finally time for my doctor’s appointment, and I couldn’t even be excited.

I wanted to shake Cruz’s ass, because damn, I was really rooting for him, and here he goes with more than just the regular cheating story.

He had a real-life psycho on his hands. Then to have been the reason that Ms. Anne died was even worse.

The little old lady didn’t even have any family left, having lost both her sons to gun violence years before.

Cruz did volunteer to handle her funeral, but what would that really do?

I wished I could shoot the crazy ass bitch that had done that shit, but she wasn’t making herself known like she had before. Typical.

Really, I needed to be focused on making sure Key was good.

Finding out she was pregnant had immediately gone on the backburner since her life was at risk, and that pissed me off because I couldn’t even celebrate it with her like I wanted to.

I blamed Cruz, and I wanted to fuck him up just off GP.

At least he was keeping Keyani and the twins safe for now, but if anything happened to them, I was going to kill him myself.

“Baby, you ready?” Maasai came into the doorway looking just like I felt. He’d been trying to keep a brave face since I found out about Gabby, but it seemed like shit just kept happening. If it wasn’t for him or my baby, I wouldn’t have been functioning somewhat normally.

“Yeah, just a minute,” I told him, applying a coat of gloss bomb to my lips before getting up from my vanity. His eyes lit up at the sight of me in the tropical multicolored sundress I had on, making my stomach flutter. It never took much for him to make me feel special.

“Damn.” He bit his lip as he swaggered over to me. “What time you said we had to be there again?” I rolled my eyes as he checked the time on his Rolex.

“I’m not bouta play with you, Maasai. We only got like an hour before we have to be there, and you know the traffic gone be like over thirty minutes.” He wasn’t fazed by shit I was saying as he buried his face in my neck and pulled me into his hard body. “Baaaaby!” I whined, melting.

“Hmm?” His throaty hum vibrated against my skin, and I swear I felt it down between my legs.

“We gotta gooooo!” That’s what my mouth was saying, but my body was soft like putty in his hands, and I knew I was about to give in.

“I’ll be quick.” His ass lied right through his straight white teeth.

“You’re never quick, Maasai,” I said, narrowing my eyes even as I allowed him to lead me over to the bed.

He bent me over and pulled my dress up over my hips, letting out a chuckle before biting me on my bare ass cheek.

Instead of wasting time pulling my thong down, he pushed it aside, and I squirmed, feeling his breath on my clit.

“Well, I will for the sake of seeing our baby. Scout’s honor.”

“You wasn’t no damn boy scoooouuut! Ahhhh!” His tongue slithered through my slit, sucking my clit into his mouth with a loud slurp. He devoured my pussy until I was coming on his tongue, screaming, before standing and gripping my hips.

“You gone have to help me get this nut out fast if you wanna make it in time. Throw that shit back,” he demanded, slamming into me.

I pulled at the blanket as I rolled my hips over and over, filling the room with the sound of our skin slapping and my loud moans. “Sssss, fuuuuck, baaaaby!”

“This pussy so fuckin’ tight and wet for me, Aves!” He slapped my ass, groaning as he quickened his pace, and I did the same. “You gone come with me bae?” he quizzed, and I nodded as I felt him expanding inside me, letting me know he was about to explode.

“Yessss! Yesss, I’m coming Maa-Maasai!”

“Fuck, I’m right behind you,” he groaned, squeezing me tightly as he coated my walls.

When I finally came down from my euphoric high, I pushed him off me playfully.

“What? That was as quick as it was gone get, girl.” He spread his arms, dick still slinging and covered in my cream.

I sucked my teeth and checked the time, seeing that the hour we had was now only a little less than forty minutes, and after a quick shower, it would only be thirty.

He followed behind me, and we showered together to save time, but my calculations had been correct.

By the time we changed and were walking out the door, my attitude was on one thousand though, because we only had twenty minutes.

We climbed into Maasai’s truck, and he kissed my hand after putting the gear into drive.

“We gone make it, baby, calm down,” he told me, and I twisted my lips in disbelief.

“Watch, then I’m gone take you to get something to eat.

Whatever you want.” He knew that would sweeten up the deal for me, and instantly, my mind filled with all the possibilities.

His ass pulled off like a race car driver, breezing through the streets and in and out of traffic, but before we could get to the highway, flashing blue lights and a loud blare had me turning around.

I folded my arms as he cursed, knowing that we definitely wouldn’t be making it now.

“Why is the car unmarked?” I shot my eyes to him after seeing the all-black car in my sideview mirror, but Maasai seemed just as confused as me. He squinted in the rearview and screwed his face up when he saw what I saw.

“Fuck, I don’t know. Ain’t shit in here though,” he promised as the officer finally reached his window.

“Maasai McCarter, did you know how fast you were just going?” the officer asked, looking from Maasai to me.

“Naw, I wasn’t really paying attention,” Maasai lied with his eyes straight ahead, and I sighed heavily. The officer let out a whistle and then smiled big.

“Well, that’s actually pretty dangerous, don’t you think? Have either of you been drinking?” He looked over at me, and Maasai moved to block his view.

“Don’t fuckin’ talk to her. I’m the driver, direct all your fuckin’ questions to me. Matter fact, don’t even ask me shit, just take my license and insurance and get the fuck out my face!”

“ Maasai ,” I stressed as they stared at each other. The last thing I wanted was for this to escalate, and fucking with a police officer’s ego was definitely going to have him taking shit to the moon. He waved me off, and then my heart dropped as the officer spoke again.

“You seem pretty hostile. Go ahead and step out for me so I can get a field sobriety test.” I didn’t even have to look to know he had his hand on his gun, and Maasai let out a bitter chuckle but was removing his seat belt.

“Ma’am, you can step out as well.” I frowned even as I took off my own seat belt, knowing that this shit wasn’t procedure.

“Didn’t I fuckin’ tell you not to speak to her?

She don’t need to get out, and get that fuckin’ nigga out her face!

” Maasai barked, no longer trying to comply, and the officer pulled his gun, pointing it right in Maasai’s face.

I hadn’t even realized there was another officer at my door until he’d said that, scaring the shit out of me.

Tears were now coming down my face as I looked between the two of them with my heart pounding out of my chest.

“Get out right fuckin’ now!”

The officer’s voice shook as Maasai glared at him with a tight jaw.

I could tell he wanted to act out, but I was silently praying he didn’t.

“Baby, please just do it,” I pleaded in a voice that was damn near a whisper.

All it took was him hearing and seeing how scared I was for him to angrily do what the man wanted.

As soon as he stepped out with his arms raised though, that asshole slammed him against the truck hard enough to make it rock. “Hey!”

“Ma’am, stay in your seat!” he ordered, pointing the gun at me, and I threw my hands up as a trickle of pee slipped out of me. He held me in his aim for a few seconds until my door came flying open.

“On my pops’s grave, y’all niggas gone regret this shit!

Wait till I call my fuckin’ lawyer, I’m gone sue the dog shit out whatever department y’all from!

” Maasai threatened as he was ushered away, but I only knew that because of the way his voice faded since the officer at my side had my full attention.

It was a woman with a nasty scowl on her face, and while she hadn’t pulled her gun, she did have her hand on it, prepared to shoot my black ass.

She took her eyes off me for a half second to look back at their car before turning back to me.

“You’re free to go, ma’am,” she said, already walking off, and it took me a minute to realize what was happening.

“Wait! Where are you taking him?” I screamed at her back, too scared to even climb all the way out of the truck.

Ignoring me, she continued to their car and disappeared inside.

The lights shut off, and they pulled away, leaving me stunned before I snapped out of it and climbed over into the driver’s seat, trying to trail them.

I tried to swipe my tear-filled face and keep up with their speed as they maneuvered through the streets.

I had never been in a situation like this and didn’t know what to do, but they were already getting farther away from me, like they were intentionally trying to lose me.

“Hey Siri, call Ms. Eva!” I shouted, getting frustrated when it wouldn’t recognize my voice.

It took six tries to get my tone right and the call to finally go through, but of course, when I actually needed her, she didn’t answer.

Next, I tried Armand. With him and AJ being in the same kind of work, they would definitely know what to do.

Thankfully, he answered on the second ring as some asshole in a drop top cut me off like I wouldn’t crush them with this big ass truck. “Get yo’ stupid ass out my way!”

“Hello? Avery?”
