“Seems you really only have two options. Make a move and see how he responds, or give him that space after the wedding.”
I sighed. “Yeah, you’re probably right.”
“Damn right, now tee up.”

~October~
I watched Theo as he directed people for the rehearsal.
The gorgeous omega seemed in his element, and I had to remind myself that as a swim instructor and lifeguard he had to deal with rambunctious children on a daily basis. Adults were much calmer, so he probably saw it as a break.
“Jordan!”
I snapped to attention as Theo shouted at me. “Jordan!”
“Yes?”
“Where are you supposed to be?”
“Umm…”
He scrubbed a hand down his face, then pointed. “Over there, next to Wes.”
I smiled and took my spot beside Wes while the other alphasmen snickered behind me. If they hadn’t figured out my interest in Theo before—during all of Wes’s teasing during the bachelor party—they surely realized it now.
Oh well, it just meant they were less likely to make a move on him during the reception. At least as long as he didn’t act first.
A few minutes later Theo walked down the aisle, just before Cody would make his own entrance, and for a moment I could imagine the handsome man walking towards me, instead of preceding his best friend.
Oh I had it bad.
I just had to hope that he reciprocated my feelings.
