Hissies.

Chat.

Kiko.

Jazzy.

No Zak.

I giggled.“Okay.You might have a tiny point.”

He scowled at me.“What are they saying? They’re talking to you, aren’t they?I can’t believe they’re leaving me out of the conversation.”

“Of course not. They adore you. They would never ignore you.”

Hissies.

Ignore.

Zak.

Many.

Times.

Shit.I couldn’t stop the snort from escaping.

“I knew it,” Vorzak snarled.“This is even worse than before. At least then I could pretend they weren’t ignoring me or excluding me.But there’s no pretending now.”

I grinned.“It could be worse, you know. They could be chatting your ears off.”

He scowled.“I’m sure that’s coming up next.”

Hissies.

Love.

Jazzy.

Kissies.

Please.

I giggled.“I love you guys, too.”I dropped kisses on their heads as they darted in front of me, over and over again, until Vorzak got tired of waiting his turn.

He lifted his arms, shoved The Hissies out of the way and claimed my mouth in a scorching hot kiss that erased all thoughts from my head.

He tumbled me back onto the bed where he and The Hissies proceeded to show me exactly how perfect for me they really were.

EPILOGUE

Yukiko

It’s weird being a twin, feeling so connected to someone, sharing power with them, yet also being separate from them.

Vorzak was my best friend, had been from the moment of our birth, probably even from before it.

We were inseparable growing up, so when our parents insisted we go to separate supernatural academies, I felt as if my life was ending.
