“Will they put us in jail?”
“Doubtful,” he answered. “But I don’t want you in an alley. I want you…”
Everywhere.
Andy wanted him everywhere.
He cleared his throat. “I want to make artofyou.”
Leonidas’s nostrils flared. “What does that mean?”
“You’ll see. Whenever you wanted later to be.”
Leonidas stood up, grabbing Andy’s hand and hauling him up. “I want later to be now.”
“What if I had somewhere to be?” Andy asked.
“Do you?”
“No.”
“Come, then.”
Andy let himself be pulled up, but steadied his feet when Leonidas tried to tug him toward the sidewalk.
“.Wait.”He turned his hand in Leonidas’s and tangled their fingers together, and Leonidas stepped closer, his eyes hooded as he looked down at Andy.
“I’ll come to you,” Andy said softly, hoping his voice was steady. “When I’m ready.”
“You’d make me wait?”
“Yes,” Andy answered. “Is there a private room at the studio? Someplace that can’t be seen from the street?”
“The back studio room,” Leonidas answered, a dark red flush coloring his cheeks. “There’s a big back window, though, toward the mountains.”
“Can you cover it?”
“Yes.”
“Good.” Andy pulled Leonidas’s hand up to his mouth and kissed his knuckles. “Are you sure you want to do this with me?”
“Andrew Motel,” Leonidas said. “I’ve traveled six thousand miles to you. I don’t know how else I can tell you I want this.”
Something clicked with that admission, and Andy felt ridiculous for needing to be told so plainly the facts his heart already knew to be the truth. Months of tension wound their way out of his muscles and a tightness in his chest that he hadn’t even noticed eased.
“Alright,” he said. “Then go and wait for me.”
Andy didn’t want to tell Leonidas he needed the time to pep talk himself, to jack off probably four times so he didn’t spill his load as soon as he closed the door to the studio behind him, to get himself ready—physically and mentally—for what all of these words and promises meant.
He didn’t think his mouth would allow him to divulge his fears and insecurities into the inches between them. With his lips still against Leonidas’s long and calloused fingers, Andy closed his eyes and softened.
He was surprised to find it so easy. He’d built this release of pressure and worry up in his head into something massive that threatened to consume him with expectations of some grand gesture for him to feel confident in whatever they were accidentally building together, but it had come on a whisper and been the easiest thing.
“Wait?” Leonidas’s voice cracked.
“Cover the windows, take off your clothes, and kneel,” Andy whispered, grating his teeth against Leonidas’s knuckle. “And wait.”
“Yes, Sir.”
