Page 75 of Killer's Obsession

“I love you,” I whisper, wrapping my arms around his waist.

He tilts my chin up, pressing a tender kiss to my lips. “I love you, too, baby. Never knew what I was missing until you came into my life. You’re the beat of my heart. The blood in my veins. I’d be lost without you.”

Tears well up in my eyes. “I don’t deserve you.”

“It’s the other way around, Pet. But it doesn’t matter. You’re my obsession, and you’re stuck with me now.”

As we finish our shower and dry off, I can’t help but think about how far I’ve come, thanks to the love and support of my outlaw biker. I’m no longer the broken, frightened girl he found in that cage. I’ve fought my way out of the darkness and risen from the ashes to become the woman I am now—strong, loved, whole.

I might be his obsession, but he’s my heart, my protector, my home.

Forever.

The End.
