“So get lost,” Viv spits out, and I don’t think I’ve ever been this turned on by those three words before.
“Told you before, I ain’t interested now and won’t be tomorrow.
I’ve got a date, and I plan to see how it goes.
If he’s lucky, it ain’t going to end for at least another week.
Then I’ll start on date number two. With him.
” She shoots me a wink before looking back at the three standing, glaring at them from her seated position.
“So, take your boy so he’ll stop embarrassing himself any more than he already is. ”
“You bitch,” the guy mutters, and I just breathe out audibly.
“Now you did it. Get up.” I set the beers down on the table beside us. It’s no surprise that we’re now the main entertainment for most of the patrons here.
“Why?” The guy is a dumbass for sure. Hell, that might be an insult to dumbasses. He’s seriously not the brains of any operation.
“So I can kick your ass.” I push up my sleeves, making sure I have some stretch in my shirt. I didn’t really dress for kicking ass, but I can make this work. “No one calls a woman that, and especially not her.”
“Oh, honey, that’s really sweet.” I peek at her and notice she isn’t focused on anyone but the men before us. “You’re going to get way more than a boob grab tonight. But you should know something about me before we take this any further.”
The guy finally stands, and I notice he’s got less than an inch on me. Nothing I haven’t dealt with before. “Oh yeah? What’s that?” I ask.
“I really am a bitch.”
Faster than anyone can register her words, she kicks the table against the group with one leg and then jumps out of her chair, grabbing it and smashing it against the closest guy next to her. The guy stumbles, and then she hits him with her left hook. He falls like a sack of potatoes .
The guy I was standing off against is like me, too transfixed watching Viv to put up a fight.
So I do what any respectable biker would: I grab one of the beer bottles and smash it over his head, then step over his unconscious ass to get a better viewpoint.
I’m not above a cheap shot, nor am I willing to jump in. Viv has it handled and then some.
The other two guys only take half a beat longer before they decided that Viv being a woman ain’t a reason to hold back.
They both rush her, but she just ducks a second before one gets close, then uses his momentum to ram her shoulder into his stomach and toss him over her back before blocking a hit and countering with a side jab to the next guy.
My jaw is on the floor, admiring the way this woman spars with the last one standing as I step on the guy rolling on the ground. I press my weight on his neck to keep him down as I watch the art of the beatdown.
Her technique is flawless. She dips, dives, and dodges with the best of them.
I’m suddenly glad I’m the only brother out tonight; if another got a glimpse of her mastery, there would be a fucking line beating down her door.
I can think of at least a dozen guys who would be on their knees in a second if they saw what I’m seeing.
Thank God Casper only sent me here, and no one from the local chapter is dumb enough to crash my date.
Interesting how it only takes a little flash of pussy to have you singing a different tune about this land of cold.
I push the devil on my shoulder off with a shrug. Usually he and I get along great, and the other one is the one I’m shaking off. But he isn’t wrong. Guess I just needed the proper incentive to see what this place has to offer .
To the last man’s credit, he doesn’t go down with a single blow like the first one. But he also ain’t doing so well on his own feet, swaying all over the place and getting sloppy. There’s a slight smirk on Viv’s face, and I know she’s just playing with him now.
“Wow, you punch harder than my niece. But she’s only five. I bet in six months I won’t be able to say that again.”
He swings wide at her taunt and stumbles forward with the arc of his fist. She sidesteps before turning back, bouncing on her toes, even in her heeled boots. Hot as fuck.
“Damn,” someone mutters behind me.
I turn and see the bouncer. Then I see everyone else, all watching something that doesn’t belong to them.
I glare hard, enough for the guy to feel me looking at him.
He turns in the direction of what I’m sure he feels is his impending death.
His eyes go wide a second before he looks back at my girl, and when I take a step toward him, he holds his hands up and backs up.
Smart. He might actually make it in my club.
“Stop it.” I don’t have to raise my voice to get my point across.
Hell, half the damn place is silent like a mouse, everyone watching with bated breath.
Viv draws the eye even before she does anything.
Add in her kicking ass against multiple people that, by physics standards, shouldn’t be possible, and you’ve got one hell of an attraction.
Bet she makes bank at her fights. She’s mesmerizing.
And she’s mine. At least for the time I’m here.
The bouncer is quick to grab the staggering guy, who goes willingly.
Hell, he might even be the one dragging the bouncer out the front door to get away from Viv for all I know.
I barely register them leaving, or that others are taking the unconscious guys away.
I’ve got eyes on the prize and nothing else.
“Sorry about that, sir.” I glance to my left and see the bartender, the other twin. “We shouldn’t have let them in once we saw you were here.”
I give him a chin lift in acknowledgment. “Not your fault that some boys wandered out of their territory. You were just doing your job. I would appreciate it if you’d let me know if they come back in, though.”
I pull out a card I keep on me and hand it to him.
It has the local club’s address and my phone number on it.
Don’t give these out much, but each president has a card to give to local areas.
We do it to create a united front that we care about the town we’re in.
And when we help a place, they’re less likely to call the cops on us if a fight, or something else, breaks out.
I start to pull a few hundreds out to cover the cost of the table and chairs we broke, but the guy just shakes his head.
“It’s fine. We’ve got extra pieces for things like this. We buy in bulk for a reason.”
That has me huffing out a laugh. Maybe the club should start that too. We don’t get into fights often, but it happens. Club’s filled with grown men and a lot of testosterone. If we aren’t fucking, we usually end up fighting.
“Tell you what. You and your brother come have a chat with me tomorrow. Might be interested in talking about more than furniture.”
He nods—eagerly, I might add—and I smile. Glad to see I can still spot a potential prospect in the wild.
I don’t wait for him to say anything else as I move to my prey that’s still standing. Breathing heavy but not out of breath. Not yet. I grab her hand and walk to the back of the place. Wouldn’t you know it, the bouncer is there and nods at a door on the back wall.
Not what I imagined when I left tonight, but it’ll do. ’Cause no way can I ride home with my dick this hard without a little relief first.
