Chapter Forty-Six

Giorgio

I ’m waiting for Taylor as the night clings on for one more hour. Soon to give way to the sun, who is due to make an appearance anytime soon.

This is the perfect way to begin our new life together. Taylor has brought meaning to our lives, and I hope we have done the same for her.

When she left for bed with Tommaso, it didn’t feel wrong. We had our moment with her; it was his time. But now it’s mine, and as the lady herself wanders out onto the terrace, rubbing the sleep from her eyes, my chest tightens as I consider the vision before me.

“Hey.” I whisper from my position against the wooden ledge I’m leaning on, as I gaze out on the darkness, loving how it calms my spirit.

I beckon her to join me, and as she leans against me, my arm reaches out, protecting her as I always will.

“Morning gorgeous.” I steal a kiss, loving how her lips eagerly feed off mine, not caring that the last man’ s lips on her were my brothers. We share, we always have, and the toys of our childhood have become flesh and bone rather than metal and plastic.

“We’ll head to the stables in a minute. Two horses should be saddled up and ready to go.”

I turn to her and regard her anxious face.

“Have you ever ridden a horse before, angel?”

“No.”

I chuckle as I tighten my hold.

“Then perhaps we should teach you how to first before letting you loose in the wild.”

“We can’t go?” Her disappointment is evident, and I shake my head. “I didn’t say that. You’ll ride with me instead.”

“Oh.”

Her eyes light up, and I pull her closer, loving how she’s all mine for the next few hours.

“Come. We don’t want to miss it.”

My hand drops into hers, and as I lace our fingers together, my heart thumps hard inside me. This is so right. How can it be considered wrong? Taylor is the center of our world and always will be—if I have anything to do with it.

We head to the stables, the artificial lighting nestling in the bushes guiding our path, the moon preparing to give up and head somewhere else.

We are silent as we walk, appreciating the still air, and as we reach the stables my horse, Excalibur, waits with an impatient snicker and thumping of his hoof against the ground .

“Wow.” Taylor gasps when she regards the magnificent animal, and as I approach, he snickers into my outstretched hand.

“Meet the love of my life.” I wink and address my horse. “Excalibur, meet Taylor, the second most important woman in my life.”

“Asshole.” Taylor giggles and approaches my horse, her hand outstretched, showing no fear.

Excalibur whinnies and nuzzles her hand, and I roll my eyes. “There’s loyalty for you.”

“She’s magnificent.”

Taylor purrs and Carlton, the ranch hand, steadies her reins.

“You’ve got twenty minutes, sir.”

He reminds me and I nod, conscious I need to be balls deep inside Taylor when the sun comes up.

“After you, angel.”

I hold out my hands, and her eyes widen as she whispers, “Seriously?”

“Of course. Step onto my hand and swing your leg over the side. Carlton has the reins, Excalibur won’t move.”

She nods as her eyes flash with determination, and as she steps on my hand and swings her leg over the horse, I can’t disguise the shit-eating grin on my face as I join her.

I adjust my Stetson and relish the sensation of nature, me and the two women in my life, riding out at dawn, ready to face the world together.

We head off, Taylor’s arms wrapped tightly around me, clinging on with uncertainty as we head off on the trail.

“Relax, angel.” I call back. “We’ll take it steady up the trail. It’s not far anyway.”

“Where are we going?”

“To the ridge. The sun appears on the horizon beneath it, and it’s the most spectacular view in the entire area.”

We continue on our path through the mountainous landscape. Excalibur is used to the terrain, loving his freedom from the stable so early on.

We climb effortlessly, and as the breeze whips against my face, I’m loving the moment.

Freedom Ranch is aptly named because it gives what it offers.

Freedom from the jaded life we share. The problems, the worry, the pain and the retribution.

Here I am, Giorgio, the boy turned into a man.

Nobody fears me here, and I fear no intrusion into my life.

Now I have a woman beside me to share it with, and she has already proven to me that she is more than up to the job.

In under fifteen minutes, we reach our destination, and as I jump off the horse, I drop his reins, confident he’s not going anywhere but to feed off the wild grass growing nearby.

Taylor jumps down into my arms, and as she falls against my chest, she glances up into my eyes, and what I see in them causes me to crush my lips to hers as if I’m a starving man.

Our tongues clash with desperation as we revisit something that has been a long time revisiting, and as I fist her hair in my hands, I tug down sharply as I kiss hard and deep. She moans against my lips, her hands sliding under my sweater, and as the light changes, I know I must act fast.

Breaking away, I pull her over to the ledge where the rocks provide a welcome couch to view the show, but this time I force her forward onto one of them, tugging down her jeans with no explanation.

“Fuck.” Her low hiss makes me smile as I cup her pussy from behind, tearing off her panties while unfastening my jeans. With one hand holding her head in place, I order her, “Look at the sun, angel, have you ever seen a more glorious sight?”

“Wow!” she gasps as the rays torch the valley, exploding light like fireworks as I plunge deep into her ass.

“Fuck!” Her scream rips through the silence causing Excalibur to neigh and I push in harder, gripping her hair as I plunder her ass, her moans of longing spurring me on as I take her virgin ass.

I use my other hand to fuck her pussy, three fingers deep, my thumb rubbing against her clit and as the sun comes up so do we as we shatter against the rock, our souls scattering into pieces as our cries dance in the silence exploding around us.

“Oh my God, Giorgio.”

Taylor gasps, and I swear I come harder when I hear my name spilling from her mouth.

I bite her neck, desperate to leave my mark, already planning her first tattoo, my name etched in ink across her pussy.

She comes hard, her entire body shaking as her wet sticky heat drips down over my fingers.

I tighten my hold, causing her to scream harder, another orgasm ripping through her body as the warm sun kisses her tear-streaked face.

My orgasm crashes into her ass, the emotion inside me surprising.

I don’t fuck with emotion; I never have, but this is different. This is with her.

I push in hard, creaming every part of her inside, and as I relax my hold, she slumps forward on the rock, her ass pouring with my cum as she tilts it up in my direction.

“You are so beautiful, angel.”

My tone is husky as I regard my woman broken before me, painted in my name.

I drag a cloth from my pocket, wiping her clean carefully as she sighs, “This is so beautiful up here.”

“It sure is.” I regard her ass with possessive pride, knowing Matteo had her first, but I got one of my own.

“You didn’t warn me.”

“Would it have made a difference?”

“I would have been scared.”

“Do you regret it?”

I massage her ass, dropping light kisses on the exposed skin, and she sighs with contentment. “I trust you honey, I always will.”

Something tugs hard at my heart. Was it the endearing name, or the fact that she trusts me?

Both collided like a wrecking ball to my heart.

Nobody has ever got me there before, and now I understand the power she holds.

Taylor may be younger, more inexperienced and from nothing, but somehow, she transcends us to a level I doubt I will ever reach.

Gently, I pull up her jeans, guiltily remembering I tore off her panties, wondering where they ended up as I search for them with my eyes.

I tug her back, wrapping my arms around her from behind, lightly draping her hair over one side of her neck, while I dip my lips to her skin on the other.

My kisses are light this time, almost loving, and as I enjoy the sunrise with the woman I am obsessed with, life couldn’t get any better if it tried for a thousand years.
