"We did it together," I correct him.

And we did. Through the sleepless nights and the panic attacks, through the therapy sessions where I could barely whisper and the breakthrough moments when I could finally scream. Through the days I felt less than human and the days when I remembered how to laugh. They've never given up on me, even during the times I'd given up on myself.

The late afternoon sun streams through the windows, casting long shadows across the polished floors. Tomorrow this space will be filled with voices, with healing, with hope. But right now, in this moment, I'm overwhelmed by how far we've come.

"Ready to head home?" Zane asks, his thumb tracing circles on my palm. "Jade's been texting about dinner plans."

"And by dinner plans, she means ordering in," Levi adds with a grin.

I take one last look around the center, at this physical manifestation of our healing and growth. "Yeah, let's go home."

The drive back is peaceful, filled with comfortable silence and casual touches. When we pull up to the safehouse—our home—I see Jade on the front porch, her hand resting on her growing belly while she directs Chase and Ty with loading up decorations for tomorrow's ribbon cutting ceremony.

Colt appears behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist, and I catch the soft smile they share. Inside, I hear Rex and Wolf arguing about which place to order Chinese from. I smile at how perfect it all is in this moment.

This is my family. My home. The happily ever I never thought I'd have but fought so hard for. It's not perfect, but it's real and it's mine.
