Chapter 1

Joe

I can’t believe that my son would call me out this time of the night to come get him at a bar, and then not even be here.

Sorry but I found a hot guy and he’s going to give me a ride, winkie face.

Ugh, the oversharing.

I don’t mind that he’s gay, but the thought of my son with anyone isn’t something a father should ever have to picture.

I should have just sent a rideshare to get him, but last time, one of his friends puked in the car and that cost me two hundred and fifty bucks, so I’m not making that mistake again. And I’m not going to take any of his friends’ home either.

Unless it’s Izzy, but he’d never get that drunk. He’s young, but he’s made it clear to Leo that he’s done with his “slut phase” and is looking for his “forever phase.”

I shake my head.

My slut phase was a lot longer than twenty-six, and I still haven’t reached my forever phase. Maybe that’s because I haven’t found the right person, but at almost fifty, I might be beyond that point now.

I noticed more than a few appreciative glances while I was searching the bar for Leo, mostly from men. Too bad I’m straight, and it’s not like I have a lot of sex these days, anyway. It’s too hard to hide the letdown that comes with sex, and I don’t want to explain it to anyone or listen to them complain when I won’t take my shirt off.

Once, I told someone I had burn scars, and she was upset I didn’t trust her enough to let her see them. It was our first date. Of course, I didn’t trust her.

Yeah, I’m just going to go home and finish watching the Knights’ game. I’m almost to the door when a loud voice calls my name.

“Joe!” I turn to see Tyler heading toward me with wide-open arms. He’s pulled me into a hug before I can even stop him. “I didn’t think I’d see you tonight. Hell, I haven’t seen you at any of our outside events since...” He tilts his head like he’s searching his brain for the last time he saw me?—

Wait, did he say outside event? The only time I talk to this guy is?—

Then it hits me.

My son is a devious traitor.

He gets that from his mom.

I glare at him. “Since when does the Lactin Brotherhood hold events at clubs?”

“We hold lots of events. You just never come to any of them.” He puts an arm around my shoulder and leads me to the bar. “Come on, I’ll get you a drink.”

I look over my shoulder longingly at the exit door. “Fine, one drink.”

Even if I won’t dance or mingle.

He gets me a beer and takes me to a booth in the back where there are a few other members seated. Thankfully, it’s quieter back here.

“Hey, you guys remember Joe?”

I get some nods and smiles before we take a seat.

“So, what made you decide to join us tonight? We haven’t seen you in forever.” Mark, a fancy business-type, looks out of place. He’s wearing a suit in a bar. Who does that?

“I was out.”

They stare at me like they’re waiting for more.

“Right… So, how’s work?” Someone whose name I can’t remember tries to make small talk.

Too bad I’m not interested. “Busy.”

“I suppose crime never sleeps.” There’s a light chuckle, and then the conversation lulls around us, so we sip our drinks in blessed silence.

“Hey, what happened to Whit?” Mark looks around.

“Last I saw, he was looking very cozy with a cute twink,” the guy I can’t remember says.

“He’s new, which you would know if you ever came to any meetings,” Tyler says.

I ignore his taunt. “Anyone else here from the brotherhood?”

“We put the word out, but it’s hard to say who’s here for us and who’s not.” Tyler shrugs.

“It looks like there’s a good turnout of milk bunnies tonight, though.” Mark waggles his eyebrows.

“And they brought friends.” Tyler winks in my direction as if I know what he’s talking about.

Don’t ask what a milk bunny is.

It isn’t what you think.

People don’t want to suck men’s ? —

“That’s good because I was really hoping I could find someone to suck me dry while grinding on my dick.”

People like doing that?

My heart starts racing.

Someone would want to nurse from a guy?

The image of a hot, wet mouth on my chest instead of my godforsaken pump skips through my mind. A warm body squirming against mine…

I shift in my seat. I’m not getting a boner thinking about this because it will never happen.

There’s no way.

He’s making this shit up.

Then, just to prove me wrong, a twink walks over and snuggles into Tyler’s lap.

“Hey, baby boy. Are you having fun?”

The twink nods.

“You want to say hello to Daddy’s friend?”

“Sure. He’s handsome.” He holds out his hand to me, and I shake it. “I’m Liam.”

“Joe.”

“Such a manly name.”

“Stop hitting on Daddy’s friends or you’ll get a spanking.”

“Sorry, Daddy.”

“Now, are you ready for a snack?”

The twink practically melts into his lap and runs his hands over Tyler’s pec. “Yes please, Daddy.”

“Let’s go somewhere more private.”

“But I’m hungry now.” Liam is practically unbuttoning Tyler’s shirt at the table because he’s so desperate for it.

He wants Tyler’s milk.

“Not in front of our friends.”

The twink throws his head back in a pout.

“Now go grab Nolan. He’s been staring at Mark all night, and it’s obvious they’re both interested.”

Liam kisses Tyler’s cheek and runs off.

“Why have I never heard about this before?”

“Cause you’re straight,” Mark says.

“I—why does that?—”

“Women don’t generally like it. It’s more of the Little/Boy types that are really into it,” the other guy clarifies.

“I’ve never heard anyone mention this on the forums.”

“Not everyone is comfortable with this part of the lifestyle, so we have a separate thread on the website.” Tyler shrugs. “I’ll send you the link.”

The look on my face must have them worried.

“Hey, it’s okay, it’s not for everyone, but if it is, no one will judge you.”

No, I don’t believe it. It can’t be true.

We’re freaks and need to hide our deformities.

“I need another drink.” I practically run to the bar and exchange my beer for a double whiskey neat.
