"Water would be fine."
I nodded and grabbed two bottles of water out of the fridge and made my way to the couch. Handing him one, I sat beside him.
"Dinner was nice," I said, breaking the silence that had fallen over us.
"Yeah," he replied, and there was a solemnity in his tone that belied the casual words.
"Draven—" I began, unsure of what I wanted to say, only knowing that I needed to say something.
Draven closed the distance between us, his hand finding mine, linking our fingers together. The connection sparked, like a current that ran straight to my soul.
"Stay the night," I whispered, not a request but a need.
Draven's answer was wordless, a nod, an agreement sealed with the press of his lips against mine. Then he scooped me up and carried me to my bedroom.
Draven's lips moved against mine with a precision that felt almost otherworldly, and I couldn't help but respond with equal fervor. Our breaths mingled, the taste of him coiled inside me, stoking the fire that always seemed to burn when he and my other two mates were near.
As our kiss deepened, Draven's hands roamed over my back, pulling me flush against him. The world melted away as the feel of his body pressed to mine, the scent of his skin—a mix of earth and something indefinably sweet—filling my senses. There was a hunger in the way he kissed me, a silent promise of more.
We stumbled toward the bed in a tangle of limbs and urgent need. Clothes were shed in a frenzy, each piece hitting the floor.
Beneath me, Draven's chest rose and fell rapidly, his eyes reflecting the dim light. As I moved over him, the world outside this apartment faded away until there were only us.
Our bodies moved together, each thrust a testament to the primal connection that bound us. I reveled in the sensation of being utterly claimed yet entirely free.
We picked up the tempo as pleasure rolled inside me just before an orgasm tore through me. Draven fell over the edge with me.

Iblinked the sleep from my eyes as the morning light filtered through my bedroom curtains. The weight of an arm draped over my waist was both surprising and comforting. I turned my head slightly to find Asa's peaceful face just inches from mine, his chest rising and falling in the gentle rhythm of sleep.
I carefully rolled so I was facing him. His arms tightened around me. A few strands of his blond hair fell across his forehead. I wanted to reach up and brush it way just to feel how soft it was.
His eyes opened and a sexy smile lifted the corners of his lips. “Good morning, sunshine," Asa's voice was groggy but warm. "Draven mentioned you'd be free today. Figured we could spend some quality time together."
"Sounds like a plan," I replied, stretching my arms above my head, feeling the pleasant soreness from last night's...activities with Draven. “I should be disappointed that Draven didn’t wake me before he left. But I can’t complain that you’re here.”
Asa brushed some hair from my face and left his hand on my cheek. “I could get used to waking up with you in my arms.”
“Same.” I could get used to waking up to all my guys. I stared at him for a bit before asking, “You’re okay with…sharing me?”
Asa chuckled and pressed his forehead to mine. “Yes. Roan and I talked about it last night. Draven and I talked about it the day we first met you. Believe me, we are all in.”
“Even with Grant?”
Asa traced a finger down my cheek to my jawline. “I see him with us, so yeah. There will be an adjustment period. Roan isn’t open to trusting new people, so Grant would have to win him over.”
“You had a vision of Grant?”
Nodding, Asa kissed my nose. “Not a clear one, but Grant is part of this. So don’t worry. Just let it happen naturally.”
Asa’s words eased some of my worry about my feelings for Grant. Just then, my stomach growled at the same time Aspirin jumped up on the bed and laid on top of Asa’s chest. He chuckled and scratched her head and under her chin. Then his fingers touched her collar, and he frowned. “There’s magic in the collar.”
“Yeah, I noticed it yesterday. It’s faint and easy to miss. But I don’t feel like it’s bad magic.” I reached over and ran a hand down Aspirin’s back.
Asa closed his eyes and stilled, like he was focusing on the collar and his psychic abilities. After another moment, he opened his eyes and smiled. “A mating spell.” He laughed. “I've heard of these. It’s why there are a lot of harems here in Silver Springs.”
