Story: Protecting Dallas
“Whatever.” Maddox turned to face me. “Shit Dallas,” he swore. “I could kiss you right now.”
“Later,” I shot back, and Kane nodded his agreement.
“After we bury this back up exactly the way we found it.”
Fifty-Five
DALLAS
The television played, but none of us were really watching it anymore. It was some obscure drama whose plot required total attention, not the restless wanderings of three tired minds.
“Another beer?” asked Maddox.
Kane and I shook our heads. We’d already had a couple, but it didn’t seem to dull the edge. We were still too wired, too strung out. The adrenaline still hadn’t made its way out of our bodies.
So we sat there in the wee hours of the morning, stretched out on the couch together. Austin wasn’t coming home. He’d called to establish that even before we’d left for the desert; apparently his ‘guy’ still needed more time.
I was, as usual, thinking about Connor. But Maddox and Kane…
They were thinking about Dietz.
I’d tried getting them to talk about it, to tell me more about this guy who possibly betrayed my brother. Yet every story, every tale — it only seemed to make them more tense, more wound-up and angry. And not just at Dietz, but at themselves too.
It was something I was unfortunately familiar with: survivor’s guilt. The constant wracking of your brain, thinking about what you could’ve done differently. How if you could only go back to this day, or that day, you could somehow make everything right again.
The whole thing was a rabbit hole without a bottom.
Maddox returned, sinking heavily into his end of the sofa. Seated between them, I stretched myself out… and laid my body across both of theirs.
“C’mere.”
My arm went up, my hand sifting through Maddox’s hair. I pulled him down to me and kissed him, driving my tongue into mouth, demonstrating an emotional need to be close, to be with him, even in this one, small way.
Then he kissed me back… and I knew what I had to do.
I sat up and placed my hand on his wonderful chest. Then I pushed him back against the couch, and slid to the floor.
“Relax,” I smiled, unbuckling his belt while Kane looked on. I put a hand on each of them. “The both of you.”
In the slow, flickering darkness, I massaged two growing bulges from my position on the floor. It was hot, just seeing them slumped there. Watching the tension go out of their big strong bodies, as the restlessness shifted over to curiosity and then flat-out arousal. They were both hard by the time I got Maddox’s pants down around his ankles. I pulled his cock free through the hole in his boxers… then leaned forward to swallow him whole.
Mmmmmm…
He was a mixture of musk, and salt, and sweat. Manly but not unpleasant. I bobbed up and down on him, enjoying my second favorite part of any blowjob: the feeling of a man growing stiff and hard in my mouth.
My eyes wandered over to Kane. I shot my gaze down to his crotch, which I was still touching and rubbing. He took the hint and unbuckled his own belt.
Through clenched teeth, Maddox let out a long, heated sigh. His thighs parted. His hand went to my head, rubbing me gently as I sucked him off.
Then I switched to Kane, who already had his cock out.
Jesus, Dallas.
It was pretty amazing, how powerful I could feel from my knees. How I was in total control over these two unstoppable men; the immovable object trapped between the irresistible force of their hard, shredded bodies. I blew one while stroking the other, switching back and forth whenever I wanted.
Then I got nasty, too.
I’d wink at Maddox while blowing Kane. Look up into Kane’s eyes while sticking my tongue out and licking up and down the length of his friend’s cock. Back and forth, back and forth, stroking and sucking them until each of their already considerable erections were hard enough to pound nails.
