I shift, carefully, and reach toward him. He brings her to me immediately, and I hold her close, her warmth sinking into my skin like sunlight. She makes a soft, grumbly sound, and I press my lips to her forehead.

“She doesn’t have a name yet,” I murmur.

Tyler rubs slow circles along my back. “We’ve been waiting for the author to decide.”

I glance between them. These three men who’ve loved me in ways I never thought possible. Who’ve made me feel stronger, safer, and more like myself than I ever thought I could be.

“I think she should be named after your mother,” I tell Rhys. “Elena.”

“Elena Quinn-Carver,” Rhys’ voice breaks as he tests the sound of it. “It’s…thank you.” His eyes mist over as he runs his hand along my cheek.

“Strong,” Corwyn adds, smiling.

“Perfect,” Tyler agrees.

And she is.

We sit like that for a long time, the four of us and her, cocooned in soft blankets and quiet love. No more storms. No more running. Just the next chapter waiting to be written.
