I had a feeling that I just sold my soul to the devil, or a group of them.

Sundayafternoon,Iwashelping Kara settled into her new room in the house I shared with the guys. We had packed up Lita’s apartment with the help of the Devil’s Psychos prospects—who had been told not to wear their cuts and not to talk about the club at all in Kara’s presence.

It had been an emotional weekend across the board. Packing up Lita’s apartment had been hard on everyone, even more so for Marcos and Kara. I couldn’t imagine the heartbreaking pain they must be in.

The last several days had been a whirlwind of activity and I was pretty drained. The negotiations had gone well and I was glad they were mostly over. The rules I agreed to,hadn’t seemed unreasonable. I liked the idea of them caring enough about my whereabouts to want me to check in regularly.

We hadn’t discussed punishments further than spankings, nor had we discussed thepositionsJason had mentioned, but my mind had been put to ease over the stress of the big stuff. I had started reading books about BDSM and could imagine the positions Jason was inferring to, things like kneeling with my legs under me and back straight while I waited for directions. I had a feeling these scenes would grow more intense as time went by with my men.

It was oddly comforting, knowing there’d be structure of some sort. Knowing what to expect, eased my anxiety and allowed me to relax into our relationship.

“Girl, you seem lost in thought today,” Kara commented as we put sheets on her bed.

I blinked out of my daze and shrugged. “I guess I am.”

“What’s on your mind?”

I chuckled softly. “I’m not sure you wanna know.”

“About my brother, huh?” Kara smirked.

“Not just him. All of them. What do you know about BDSM?”

“Just what I’ve read in romance novels. That something you’re doing with them?”

“Yeah.” I paused, wondering how much to tell Kara, but decided my best friend could tell me when or if she got uncomfortable. “We negotiated yesterday. Kinks we’re into, things were not. We discussed a lot and they laid down some rules.”

“Rules? Oh hell no.” Kara barked out a disbelieving laugh. “Let’s hear them.”

“Simple things really, like text them before I’m leaving work. No more ride shares, if I go out drinking without them, to text them and one of them will come get me. No underwear ever.”

Kara let out an outrageous laugh and doubled over. “Never?”

“I mean, besides that time of the month, but otherwise, nope.”

“And how do you feel about that?” Kara sobered up, watching me.

I blushed. “I uh… I don’t have a problem with their rules. I kinda like them, honestly. Just the idea of having someone to be accountable to… I’ve been on my own for so long. Even when Jenny was around, she wasn’t worried about when I’d be home—just assumed I’d be there.”

Kara gave me a sympathetic smile. “Well, now you’ve got three overbearing hot heads to report your every move to.”

I laughed.

“No undies though?”

I smiled and shrugged at her. “Again, I don’t really mind it. Does talking about this bother you?”

Kara shrugged. “I mean, we’ve always told each other everything about our sex lives, so not really, but I don’t need to know about my brother’s cock, alright?”

“Valid.” I laughed.

The days started to fly by as I settled into my new job and life with my guys. It had been two weeks since we all moved in together and a week since we’d negotiated our relationship, and we still hadn’tplayed. I was growing antsy and wondering when we might take things up a notch. What was the point of talking about all sorts of primal play and paddles, if we weren’t going to do any of that? Our nightly activities had mostly been vanilla by the checklist standards.

We had been talking at length about a primal scene they had in mind—chasing me through the woods, tying me up and suspending me from a tree—but that’s all it had been: talk. We walked through the woods in the evening, checking things out, but besides the hint of that being something they were into, we mostly talked of other things while taking those walks.

It had been distracting and hard to keep up with.
